We cannot imagine the passenger industry now without barcodes and technology interventions while the majority of the air cargo industry is still using age-old methods like e-mails and phone calls. While tech adoption is improving in air cargo (what with a total addressable market of around $8 billion by 2032, up from $6 billion in 2023), a lot still needs to be done to bring the sector up to speed.<\/p>\n
