Our Training team is focused on improving adoption and usage within

We provide learning opportunities in a variety of delivery
methods to support our customers. They range from self-
serve on-demand training to in-person PROS led training
courses for end-users and super users.
A rich learning experience is provided
through PROS University, for each
PROS solution, that builds knowledge
progressively through a series of courses
called Learning Paths. The learning
paths are a series of courses that start
with the foundational information and
build to more advanced topics.
The advaned courses include a
hands-on learning environment with
exercises to reinforce the concepts
being taught and improve learning
retention. This helps improve
adoption and ensure you get the
most value from your PROS solution.

ENVIRONMENTS
PROS provides multiple ways to
participate in training to meet your
needs, timing, and budget. Training
is available online at your own pace,
online with a live instructor, or in a
classroom with a live instructor.
Every course includes a certification
exam to validate core concepts are
learned and retained. Participants
will receive a certificate upon
successfully passing the exam.
