Through features such as Collaborative Quoting powered by Smart CPQ, the platform brings
buyers, sellers, and partners to work together in an integrated, interactive digital
environment. PROS customers can leverage Collaborative Quoting to swiftly create branded
portal experiences, enabling diverse personas to collaborate on quotes using the core
capabilities of PROS Platform and Smart CPQ.
The PROS platform selling services also support workflows for long-term selling agreements.
With PROS Smart CPQ for Sales Agreements the sales team can create an agreement by
leveraging a quote with PROS Smart CPQ. Once the agreement is created, pricing and terms
& conditions are published to PROS Pricing and an agreement record is created in the CRM
to support future workflows, such as amendment, renewal, early termination, and extension
of an agreement.
PROS Platform is powered by Microsoft Azure and specifically configured with elasticity to
scale and meet your performance and growth requirements. We've designed our SaaS
platform to be highly available, but also offering standard integrations with your own CRM
environments, as a result PROS customers can benefit from a unified user interface while
leveraging the high performance and reliability of a best-of-breed application.
The seamless out of the box integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce allows
us to exploit the best performance and reliability in the industry and at the same time it
brings value at what we're best - the quoting workflow, where businеss happens.
Although using PROS Smart CPQ in combination with a CRM system is the most seamless
integration path, it is not the only way. PROS offers the possibility to exploit the sales services
by embedding your own UI on top of the catalog or the configurator, or directly integrating it
in your system by using our open APIs.
