Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I joined PROS right after college, drawn by its innovative technology and collaborative culture—it felt like the perfect place to start my career. I began as an Implementation Consultant just two weeks after graduation, configuring CPQ solutions and working hands-on with our products.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Eager to expand my perspective, I explored other areas within the company and deepened my understanding of how <\/span>different <\/span>parts<\/span> of the organization <\/span>operate<\/span>s<\/span>. This led me to my <\/span>current role as<\/span> <\/span>Customer Success Manager, where I continue to make a meaningful impact <\/span>for<\/span> our customers. N<\/span>ow six years <\/span>in at PROS, <\/span>I’m<\/span> still loving every moment!<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>What do you enjoy most about working at PROS? <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong><\/span>Without a doubt,<\/span> <\/span>it’s<\/span> the people<\/span>, collaborative <\/span>culture<\/span> <\/span>and ability to make a real<\/span>, tangible<\/span> impact.<\/span> <\/span>E<\/span>veryone <\/span>here <\/span>is genuinely willing to help, with a true ‘all-hands-on-deck’ mentality.<\/span> <\/span>I’ve<\/span> <\/span>had the privilege <\/span>of <\/span>work<\/span>ing<\/span> with <\/span>colleagues and customers <\/span>across the globe<\/span>, <\/span>build<\/span>ing<\/span> relationships <\/span>and gain<\/span>ing<\/span> <\/span>valuable <\/span>insights from <\/span>their<\/span> diverse <\/span>roles<\/span>, <\/span>experiences<\/span> and <\/span>backgrounds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Helping<\/span> <\/span>our customers <\/span>across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Central America <\/span>outperform<\/span> <\/span>in their markets <\/span>has been<\/span> <\/span>incredibly <\/span>fulfilling<\/span> and k<\/span>nowing <\/span>I’ve<\/span> contributed to their growth and success is what makes this role so rewarding.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>I’m<\/span> proud to lead the Customer Adoption Program (CAP) for CPQ alongside my CSM responsibilities. This project allows me to dive deep into customer data, troubleshoot issues, and help clients <\/span>leverage<\/span> adoption metrics to achieve success.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>It’s<\/span> rewarding to see how these efforts translate into tangible outcomes for our customers, and <\/span>it’s<\/span> <\/span>exciting to <\/span>be part of such a meaningful initiative that directly <\/span>impacts<\/span> the customer journey!<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>What are <\/span>you<\/span> a PRO at?<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Outside of telling great jokes, my coworkers often come to me with questions about their CPQ accounts or CPQ Customer Adoption Program (CAP) metrics. It’s always rewarding to share insights and help them navigate these areas.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>What’s<\/span> the best career advice <\/span>you’ve<\/span> ever received?<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
