When she’s not guiding our customers through the implementation process of our PROS solutions and configuring the software to meet their requirements, you’ll find Desi gliding down the slopes. We sat down with Desi to talk about inspiration, personal goals and finding joy at work.<\/p>\n

Let’s get to know Desi!<\/p>\n

Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

I discovered PROS through LinkedIn. When I was looking for a new job opportunity back then, I was searching for a place that would suit me best and would help me learn and grow. Everything else that PROS offers was a nice bonus that led to the decision that this would be my workplace.<\/p>\n

What inspired you to pursue a career in tech?<\/h2>\n

I have a huge love for science and technology, and the thing that inspires me the most about having a career in tech is that I have the opportunity to observe the technical progress and achievements first-hand. Alongside this, I am very interested in the business side of things as well – getting to know different organizations and their processes is a big advantage for working in PROS.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

If there is one thing that impressed me most at PROS is the team. It is full of nice, smart and interesting people who are always willing to guide and support you whenever you need them! Plus, they are always ready to have fun after business hours!<\/p>\n

Oh, and the hybrid work model is totally a PRO! My cat needs to strictly follow what the project’s progress is (see the visual proof).<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy doing outside of work that brings you joy and inspiration?<\/h2>\n

Outside of work, I love exploring new places and sunset views, and my latest hobbies are skiing and baking. What relaxes me the most is brunching with my friends on Saturday morning accompanied by a warm cappuccino. My family lives in a small village next to Ruse and it is my favorite place on earth! I always visit them when I seek peace, and I am always welcomed with good food from my grandmother’s wonderful garden.<\/p>\n

What’s one thing you’d like to achieve in the next 12 months?<\/h2>\n

In the next 12 months, my goals are to become better at work, to finish my master’s degree and to improve my Spanish.<\/p>\n
