The Cigna Healthy Workforce Designation evaluates organizations based on the core components of their wellbeing program, including leadership and culture, program foundations, program execution and whole person health. Organizations recognized with this designation set the standard of excellence for whole-organization health. <\/p>\n

Our Recharge Days, company-wide mental health holidays to disconnect, and Work Well Wednesdays, a ‘quiet day’ to help employees prioritize focused work, help our people prioritize wellbeing and personal growth to foster a supportive culture that celebrates unplugging and taking time away.\u202f <\/p>\n
