I&#8217;m from Sri Lanka Airlines.<br \/><span id=\"dots\"><\/span><br \/><span id=\"more\">I&#8217;m the manager of revenue management. Heading the RM team for systems at the moment. We are using, PROS version six, which is a legacy based version. But we are in the process of migrating to PROS RMA, which is an O&#038;D based futuristic solution.<\/p>\n<p>The main challenges we&#8217;ve been having are the, you know, with the pandemic, the changes in demand and the trends in the market. So it&#8217;s been a very, challenging time for airlines and for us as well because our market dynamics have switched significantly.<\/p>\n<p>So pros has been instrumental in helping us and guiding us through this journey. So, the optimization, solutions, the forecasting has been instrumental in recalibrating our markets.
