From the fast-paced, ever-evolving airline industry to the collaborative culture and lasting friendships she’s built at PROS, Stanislava shares what keeps her inspired.<\/p>\n

Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

In 2017, my company was acquired by PROS for its advanced airline shopping capabilities and there was a strong need for a product marketer to support the go-to-market strategy for that part of the portfolio. It was a natural transition for me, and eight years later, I’m still here, inspired by the ever-evolving airline industry and excited to help shape and share the story of our products in a way that truly connects with people.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

I know I’m echoing many others at PROS, but it truly is the people and the culture. I’m surrounded by incredibly smart, kind, and collaborative teammates who are always willing to support each other, even without being asked. It’s no surprise I’ve formed friendships here that I know will last a lifetime.<\/p>\n

In my current role in Product Marketing, I get to collaborate with brilliant professionals, challenge myself intellectually and see the real impact of our work. It’s deeply fulfilling.<\/p>\n

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/h2>\n

There are three big projects keeping us busy in Product Marketing: Sales Plays, the pros.com website revamp and Outperform.<\/p>\n

With Sales Plays, we’re identifying high-potential market opportunities and equipping our GTM teams with the right messaging and target accounts to go after them. We’re also launching a brand-new version of our website—designed to deliver a standout user experience. It will clearly showcase what PROS does, how our products lead in the market and highlight some of our best customer success stories. And of course, there’s Outperform. We’re curating a top-tier agenda for what promises to be a standout event. As one airline consultant put it, it’s “…one of the best industry conferences around!”<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at?<\/h2>\n

I’m a PRO at making (and enjoying!) chocolate fondant and getting creative with dinner ideas after a long workday.<\/p>\n

Here at PROS, I’m known for keeping tabs on the market. I stay up to date on the latest product innovations, industry trends and competitive movements. I love sharing those insights with the team.<\/p>\n

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

“Treat people the way you want to be treated, and don’t bring your ego to work.” Both pieces of advice have worked wonders for me.<\/p>\n
