Vicky drives the go-to-market strategy for our B2B portfolio, blending product development, marketing, and sales to position our solutions, track market trends, and create content that highlights the value PROS brings to our customers.<\/p>\n

Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

I’ve worked in B2B marketing since 2008—starting in demand gen and digital before moving into events, brand and product marketing. Over time, I became fascinated by how software products are built and launched, which led me to product marketing. I love a good challenge, and this role has no shortage! I joined PROS in January 2020 after hearing amazing things about the team and culture. Since then, I’ve not only grown professionally but also built friendships that will last a lifetime.<\/p>\n

What’s your favorite thing about working in your current role?<\/h2>\n

What I enjoy most about working at PROS is that every day is different. I get to work with smart, talented people across functions and geographies, and there’s always something new to learn. Product marketing is dynamic, and the ability to see how my work directly impacts our business is incredibly rewarding.<\/p>\n

What’s a cool project you are working on right now? Tell us about it!<\/h2>\n

Right now, I’m focused on our Sales Plays initiative. It’s all about giving our sales teams the insights and tools they need to confidently handle business cases and close deals. I research market events and trends, analyze how they shape sales conversations, and turn those insights into actionable strategies. Seeing that work drive results is super fulfilling.<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?<\/h2>\n

I’m known for connecting the dots between our products, their value, and what matters most to our customers. Sales and marketing teams come to me for product insights and messaging, and technical teams lean on me to make sure user and business value always stay front and center.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, I’m a PRO at history—especially ancient civilizations—and love diving into crime documentaries. These interests allow me to dive into fascinating stories, learn from others’ experiences, and uncover intriguing details that often go unnoticed. It’s a fun way to blend learning with entertainment! I also enjoy gardening, even though I’m still learning, and hopping on the back of my husband’s motorbike for a scenic ride.<\/p>\n

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

Lead by example and stay true to your principles. Loyalty and integrity aren’t skills you can pick up later—they’re part of who you are. When you lead with authenticity, people trust you, and that makes all the difference.<\/p>\n
