This International Women’s Day<\/strong>, our women’s employee resource group, BLAZE<\/a>, hosted an inspiring and insightful event focused on women in AI. Through engaging discussions and expert insights, we explored how we can all take action to accelerate women’s progress in this transformative field.<\/p>\n

Spotlighting Women in AI<\/h2>\n

The event kicked off with an inspiring fireside chat featuring PROS CMO Colleen Langevin<\/strong> and Jignasha Amin<\/strong>, an esteemed HR leader and technology advisor. Their discussion provided actionable advice for women looking to fast-track their careers in AI and highlighted practical steps for driving progress in the industry.<\/p>\n

Next, we hosted a global panel discussion featuring leading women in AI from PROS, Amazon, and KnitWell, who shared their personal journeys and provided valuable insights into innovation, leadership and ethical AI development.<\/p>\n
