Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

After 13 years at a recruiting firm, I took time off to reset and reflect, traveling through Europe, Colombia, and Mexico, to gain a fresh perspective on my next steps.<\/p>\n

When I started my job search, I looked for a company with a strong, inclusive culture where I could grow and make an impact. That search led me to PROS. With multiple offers on the table, I chose PROS for its commitment to diversity, collaboration, and the opportunity to apply my skills in a meaningful way. It felt like the perfect place to grow both professionally and personally.<\/p>\n

As a Sales Recruiter, I get to do what I love—connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. Helping candidates land roles where they can thrive is incredibly rewarding, and I love the challenge of finding the perfect match. The fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of recruiting keeps me energized every day—oh, and by the way, I’m hiring!<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

I love the collaborative culture and innovative technology that helps businesses optimize their sales processes. It’s an environment that fosters continuous learning, innovation, and growth—making every day exciting. The most rewarding part of my role is the impact I get to make, whether it’s helping candidates find their perfect fit or partnering with hiring managers to build strong, high-performing teams. Seeing those connections turn into long-term success for both individuals and PROS is incredibly fulfilling. The energy, passion, and purpose here make this work truly meaningful.<\/p>\n

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/h2>\n

Outside of work, I’m a Board Member on the Houston Livestock Show Chairman’s Committee, helping run the Rodeo, Concerts, and Cook-Off each March. I also lead a competitive BBQ cook team—we recently ranked #5 out of 258 teams worldwide!<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?<\/h2>\n

At PROS, my coworkers often turn to me for guidance on navigating the recruiting process and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. I take pride in fostering connections and creating a positive, collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels supported.<\/p>\n

Outside of work, I’m a pro at planning weddings. I thrive on perfecting every detail and bringing dream celebrations to life. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing it all come together for a magical day!<\/p>\n

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

Focus on building genuine relationships, not just filling roles. Recruiting is about understanding people—their goals, strengths, and aspirations. Authentic connections build trust, and trust leads to long-term success. Taking the time to listen and connect has been the key to making a real impact in every role I’ve had.<\/p>\n
