She manages strategic relationships across referral, channel, reseller, and developer partnerships\u2014driving product adoption, market expansion, and business growth through collaborative alliances.<\/p>\n

Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

I joined PROS through the acquisition of EveryMundo, where I initially started during the pandemic while completing my master\u2019s degree online. My previous experience working at an airline sparked a growing interest in the strategic power of partnerships\u2014how the right collaboration can elevate the customer journey, unlock new markets, and drive innovation. That curiosity, combined with my deep passion for the travel industry, made the transition into managing travel alliances a natural and fulfilling next step.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

What I enjoy most about working at PROS is the collaborative, forward-thinking culture. It\u2019s an environment where learning never stops. From working with global partners to staying on the cutting edge of travel technology, I\u2019m constantly growing. What I love most about my role is the strategic thinking it requires\u2014evaluating potential partnerships, understanding market dynamics, and crafting alliances that shape the future of travel. It\u2019s incredibly rewarding to contribute to initiatives that deliver both immediate and long-term impact.<\/p>\n

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/h2>\n

One exciting project I\u2019m currently working on involves developing a strategic travel alliance reseller partner. It\u2019s a complex but exciting initiative that brings together cross-functional teams to align on shared goals and expand our market reach. Collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners has been a great learning experience and highlights the power of strong, well-structured partnerships in driving innovation and growth.<\/p>\n

What do you do outside of work to recharge?<\/h2>\n

To recharge, I prioritize quality time with my family. Weekends at the beach are one of our favorite ways to unwind! Being near the ocean helps me reset mentally and stay grounded. I also have a strong passion for travel, which fuels my curiosity and often gives me fresh perspective that inspires my work. In addition, I maintain a regular fitness routine by going to the gym, which helps me stay energized, focused, and balanced throughout the week.<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at?<\/h2>\n

I\u2019m a PRO at resolving problems quickly and efficiently. I don\u2019t wait until tomorrow to tackle what I can handle today. When challenges arise, I stay calm, assess the situation, and take immediate action to find solutions. Colleagues often rely on me to turn obstacles into opportunities, and I take pride in getting things done.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the best career advice you\u2019ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

The best advice I\u2019ve ever received is: Always be prepared for change. In today\u2019s fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment, adaptability is essential. Embracing change with a proactive mindset and being open to new opportunities allows you to stay ahead, grow continuously, and make the most of every situation.<\/p>\n
