One of the most anticipated parts of our summer internship program is the U.S. Intern Ideathon \u2013 a fast-paced challenge where interns take a break from their day-to-day projects to team up, tackle a real business problem and bring their best ideas to the table.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s prompt:<\/p>\n

How can PROS use AI to improve the customer support experience and help the organization scale?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Divided into four teams, 18 interns across our Marketing, Finance, Sales, Professional Services, and IT departments jumped into the challenge. With just one week to work, they collaborated across teams, leaned on mentors, explored internal tools, and worked through real-world constraints to shape thoughtful, creative and innovative solutions.<\/p>\n

On the last day of the challenge, each team pitched their concept to a diverse panel of PROS judges. Presentations were evaluated on innovation, technical execution, user experience, and business impact.<\/p>\n

In this year\u2019s challenge, Team Ai-Vengers<\/strong> earned the top spot with a well-executed idea that stood out for its clarity, creativity, and potential to scale. Big congrats to Zak Alhabibi, Daniel Kuo, Saachi Aggarwal and Pranay Bhootra<\/strong> for taking home the grand prize!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s most exciting is that the impact didn\u2019t end with the presentations. A few teams are now working with our Customer Success team to explore how their ideas could be brought to life.<\/p>\n

More than a competition, the PROS Ideathon is an opportunity for interns to stretch their skills, work alongside new teammates, build confidence, and contribute to something that could live beyond their time at PROS.<\/p>\n

To our interns, mentors, judges, and behind-the-scenes champions\u2014thank you for making this year\u2019s Ideathon such a standout experience!<\/p>\n
