In her role, Roopali combines her technical expertise with thoughtful development to create and deliver training content for our customers, internal teams, and partners, ensuring all materials align with the latest PROS product updates.<\/p>\n

Let’s get to know Roopali!<\/p>\n

Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

I joined PROS as a Pricing Implementation Consultant in Professional Services, where I spent two and a half years bringing customer solutions to life. That hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and strategic sides of pricing and I found it incredibly rewarding to see the real impact our work had on customers.<\/p>\n

\"Roopali<\/p>\n

Over time, I realized I was equally passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and tools to succeed. This led me to transition into a Pricing Trainer role, where I\u2019ve spent the last year and a half helping customers, internal teams, and partners build their expertise in PROS solutions. It\u2019s been fulfilling to blend my implementation experience with a more educational focus, and I love being part of a team that\u2019s committed to continuous learning and innovation.<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

The people! I\u2019ve had the privilege of working with incredibly smart, supportive, and collaborative colleagues. Their drive and collaborative spirit make every project more enjoyable and encourages me to keep growing. The culture at PROS is another huge plus. It\u2019s a place where people genuinely care and want to see each other succeed.<\/p>\n

In my current role, I love combining creativity with technical expertise. Whether I\u2019m designing training content, leading sessions, or finding fresh ways to engage learners, I enjoy turning complex ideas into practical and engaging learning experiences.<\/p>\n

\"Roopali<\/p>\n

What do you do outside of work to recharge?<\/h2>\n

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with pilates, because it helps me reset both mentally and physically. I also love exploring new restaurants and cuisines. As a Houston native, I\u2019ve always appreciated the city\u2019s diversity across cultures and food. Whether it\u2019s a hidden gem, city staple, or a fancy night out, discovering new flavors is one of my favorite ways to unwind and stay connected to the local community.<\/p>\n

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/h2>\n

\"Roopali<\/p>\n

One of the most exciting projects I\u2019m currently working on is a brand-new pricing course I developed called Pricing 320 \u2013 Advanced Functions. This course was built entirely from the ground up, which made it both a challenging and incredibly rewarding experience. It\u2019s designed to help learners dive deeper into Smart Price Management and gain the skills to understand and build advanced pricing strategies.<\/p>\n

What makes this project especially meaningful to me is that I was able to draw directly from my experience on customer projects. That hands-on knowledge helped shape the course content in a way that\u2019s practical, relevant, and impactful. The feedback so far has been amazing, and it\u2019s been incredibly fulfilling to see how it\u2019s helping others grow their expertise.<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at?<\/h2>\n

While I wouldn\u2019t call myself a PRO, I do love playing pickleball! I\u2019m always up for a challenge and confident enough to take on anyone who thinks they can beat me on the court. I\u2019m also your go-to for restaurants, coffee shops, or travel recommendations. My coworkers often come to me for tips on how to make the best iced latte in our Houston office!<\/p>\n

\"Roopali<\/p>\n

At PROS, I\u2019m known for my ability to create thoughtful and effective learning experiences. My coworkers often come to me because I can put myself in the learner\u2019s shoes and design content that\u2019s clear, engaging, and easy to absorb. I genuinely want learners to have the smoothest and most intuitive learning experience possible, and I take pride in making complex topics feel approachable and practical.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the best career advice you\u2019ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

\u201cSay yes to opportunities before you feel ready because growth happens outside your comfort zone.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a great reminder that you don\u2019t have to have everything figured out to take the next step. Often, the best opportunities are the ones that challenge you to rise to the occasion. I have yet to come across a challenge that I was not able to tackle and grow from!<\/p>\n
