Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

My digital marketing career began at EveryMundo. When we merged with PROS, I was excited to join a larger organization and bring my expertise to a new team. I was welcomed by incredibly talented and supportive colleagues who were eager to collaborate and share their knowledge, which made it easy to keep doing what I love.<\/p>\n

\"Analia<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

So many things! I love my team\u2019s adaptability, our drive to improve processes, and our eagerness to take on new projects. I\u2019ve received invaluable advice here and feel like I\u2019m constantly growing, both professionally and personally. And even while working remotely, PROS maintains a strong culture and sense of community, which makes me proud to be part of this company.<\/p>\n

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/h2>\n

Over the past few weeks, I\u2019ve been focused on optimizing how we use the Meta platform, ensuring it\u2019s structured for better performance and long-term scalability. At the same time, I\u2019ve been enhancing our reporting dashboards so they more accurately capture our efforts, provide clear insights, and are easier to share and present across teams.<\/p>\n

\"Analia<\/p>\n

What do you do outside of work to recharge?<\/h2>\n

I have a lot of hobbies and love trying new things! Of all my hobbies, the one I’m most passionate about is archery. I practice every weekend and was even part of Pichincha\u2019s national team in the barebow category a couple of years ago. Music also keeps me energized. I sing in two choirs and a band, take voice lessons, and attend classical music concerts as often as I can.<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?<\/h2>\n

I\u2019m a PRO at listening, observing, and analyzing before taking action. I like to gather enough information to make solid decisions!<\/p>\n

Here at PROS, I’m always available whenever my team needs help with something and I really enjoy collaborating with others! I believe that’s one of my greatest strengths \ud83d\ude42 Also, I bake the best banana bread in Quito!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the best career advice you\u2019ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

When I was deciding between medicine and communications\/advertising in college, my dad told me, \u201cChoose something you\u2019ve been doing your whole life.\u201d I\u2019d always used creativity in art and music, and that advice helped me see that comms\/advertising was the perfect fit. It\u2019s guided me through every big career decision since, reminding me to stay true to myself and do work that makes me happy every day.<\/p>\n
