Meet Sabrina Divin, Sales Enablement Trainer II, PRO figure skater and author! \u26f8\ufe0f \ud83d\udcd6<\/p>\n

Sabrina facilitates core enablement programs including weekly training hours and onboarding workshops, helping equip our sales representatives with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful. She also delivers sales methodology training to help representatives sell faster and smarter and drives adoption of the PROS sales technology stack by supporting tools like Crystal Knows, Cuvama, Letter.ai and Seismic.<\/p>\n

Tell us about your journey to PROS.<\/h2>\n

\"Sabrina<\/p>\n

My journey to PROS started in B2B enterprise sales at another company, where I sold CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). While I was an account executive, I entered a companywide competition to deliver a customer story and pitch deck and ended up winning! After that, the sales enablement team reached out to ask if I\u2019d ever considered being a trainer, and I was instantly all in. Sales enablement quickly became my true calling, and coming to PROS felt like an incredible next step. In just one year, I\u2019ve learned and grown more than I could have ever imagined. Enablement is an endless learning journey, especially with the rise of all these AI functionalities, and I am excited to keep growing and making an impact here at PROS!<\/p>\n

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?<\/h2>\n

\"Sabrina<\/p>\n

What I enjoy most about working at PROS is the people. The relationships I\u2019ve built with our go-to-market (GTM) teams are incredibly meaningful, and I\u2019m constantly inspired by my enablement teammates, who go above and beyond every day to support the business and push what great enablement looks like.<\/p>\n

I am so honored to be doing this work with them. PROS is a place where I feel supported and genuinely excited about what we\u2019re building together!<\/p>\n

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.<\/h2>\n

One of the coolest projects I\u2019ve been working on is Letter.ai, PROS\u2019 new learning management system (LMS) tool. Over the past few months, it\u2019s been incredibly rewarding to help bring it to life, and now that it\u2019s officially launched across the GTM organization, it\u2019s been amazing to see how excited everyone is. Watching teams explore the new features and possibilities has been energizing, and I can\u2019t wait to continue building on it to make learning at PROS even better.<\/p>\n

\"Sabrina<\/p>\n

What do you do outside of work to recharge?<\/h2>\n

I recharge by chasing adventure. I love adrenaline-filled activities like scuba diving, skydiving, skiing, ballroom dancing, and I\u2019m always traveling the world with my husband and friends.<\/p>\n

At home, I channel my creativity into cooking fancy dinners and hosting. I also love unwinding with K-dramas, a good book, or quality time with my husband, family, and friends. I\u2019m a huge book lover, especially fantasy and historical fiction. But my love for stories doesn’t stop at reading because I\u2019ve also written two fantasy novels! If you ever want to talk about world-building or plot twists, I\u2019m your person!<\/p>\n

What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?<\/h2>\n

I\u2019m a PRO at figure skating! I skated for over 10 years, and I still love getting back on the ice whenever I can, especially to relive some of the jumps and spins.<\/p>\n

\"Sabrina<\/p>\n

At PROS, my coworkers often come to me for a fresh perspective on what resonates with our sellers. I\u2019m known for speaking both the sales and enablement languages, which helps bridge gaps and turn feedback into practical, usable training. Teams also reach out to me for help with training, sales calls, political maps, and sales tools. I love turning questions and feedback into templates and resources the whole organization can use!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the best career advice you\u2019ve ever received?<\/h2>\n

The best career advice I\u2019ve ever received is that the only constant in life is change, and the only way to grow is to stay open to it.<\/p>\n

Sales enablement truly embodies this mindset. What\u2019s effective and trending today can quickly evolve as technology and the market shift, which means we\u2019re always adapting, building, and learning.<\/p>\n
