BASF Selects PROS for Global Pricing Operations

Expands Relationship to Worldwide Business Units, Integrates with SAP CRM

HOUSTON, May 4, 2011 – PROS (NYSE: PRO), the world leader in pricing and revenue management software, today announced that global chemical giant BASF has extended its deployment of the PROS Pricing Solution Suite to the company’s global operations. BASF, which currently uses PROS with its SAP ERP platform, now plans to integrate PROS with its SAP CRM solution for both the SAP Customer Interaction Portal initiative and its Business Rules Management engine.
