Claire Parsons has been promoted to partner at Wilson Elser. Parsons focuses her practice on ERISA, general liability, professional liability and labor and employment matters.

Wayne Bohannon has been appointed president of Air Liquide Industrial U.S.

Stasha King has joined Royal Sonesta Hotel Houston as a group sales manager.

Tom Netting has joined Hyatt Regency Houston as managing director. Netting will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the downtown hotel.

Ryan McPhetridge has joined Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates as the retirement plan adviser, specializing in 401(k) programs.

Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates announced the election of risk adviser Timothy J. Brady as equity partner and senior vice president.

Murphy Exploration & Production Co. announced the following organizational changes. Tom Mireles has been promoted to senior vice president, Western Hemisphere operations. Dan Hanchera has been promoted to senior vice president, business development. Brad Gouge has been promoted to vice president, Canada. Maria Martinez has been promoted to vice president, human resources and administration.

Hines announced the following promotions in its southwest regional office at BG Group PlacePhilip Croker has been promoted to senior managing director and is leading the development of 609 Main at Texas, a 48-story office tower that is scheduled for completion in 2017. Palmer Letzerich has been promoted to senior managing director and will continue overseeing the firm’s southwest industrial and Mexico/Panama platforms. Travis Overall has been promoted to senior managing director and is leading the development of the 2229 San Felipe office building in the River Oaks area, as well as other new business opportunities.
