Integritas Pacific Joins PROS Reseller Channel Program

Provides Expansion Across Greater China and Singapore

HOUSTON, SHANGHAI, BEIJING, HONG KONG and SINGAPORE, July 7, 2011 – PROS (NYSE: PRO), the world leader in pricing and revenue management software, today expanded its Reseller Channel Program with the appointment of Integritas Pacific Limited. With operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore, Integritas plans to resell the PROS Pricing Solution Suite to business-to-business companies through its existing distribution channels in the Asia Pacific region.
