Digital River Inc.’s former chief financial officer has taken a job with a Texas software company.

Stefan Schulz gave notice of his resignation from Minnetonka-based Digital River (Nasdaq: DRIV) in December. He’s still listed on Digital River’s website, but will start as chief financial officer and executive vice president at Houston-based Pros Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PROS) by March 16, Pros said in a news release.

“I’m impressed with Pros’ track record of strong financial performance, the depth of its team and its vision for growth,” Schulz said in a prepared statement. “I Iook forward to helping drive even greater value for shareholders, customers, partners and employees.”
