PROS to Extend Opportunity-to-Revenue Platform with SpringCM Contract Management

Partnership to Develop Integrated Solution to Provide Customers with the Only CPQ + Price Optimization + Contract Management Solution for CRM Environments

HOUSTON & CHICAGO, March 5, 2015 – PROS® (NYSE: PRO), a big data software company, today announced a partnership with SpringCM to integrate the SpringCM contract management software with the PROS Cameleon CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) solutions. The combination will be designed to provide customers with the only end-to-end opportunity-to-revenue platform – with CPQ, price optimization and contract management – for their CRM environments, such as and Microsoft Dynamics.

Together, PROS and SpringCM will streamline the selling process and enable sales teams to increase their win rates, improve profitability and better manage the customer experience through the contract process. Both companies plan to offer the seamlessly integrated solution to their enterprise-class customers.
