PROS to Present at Microsoft Dynamics CRM 360 Virtual Summit

HOUSTON, May 16, 2011 – PROS (NYSE: PRO), the world leader in business-to-business pricing and revenue management software, today announced its plans to participate as a diamond sponsor in the Microsoft Virtual Summit. Companies in every time zone are able to participate from the comfort of any location and at hours convenient to their time zones. The event is scheduled for May 17, 2011, in the Americas time zones, and May 18, 2011, for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. A gold-certified Microsoft partner, PROS enables companies to improve revenue and profitability; defend and grow market share; and improve business agility.

PROS Director of Product Management Sunil John will represent the company and deliver an address titled “How to Win the Sale Without Surrendering the Price.”

“Companies rely on Microsoft Dynamics as a critical solution for managing their sales cycles,” said PROS CMO Tim Girgenti. “Deal quoting is a natural fit for integration into the familiar CRM experience for B2B companies, since it allows sales reps to quote the right price for every transaction with greater confidence, less risk and an improved customer experience.”

The PROS partnership with Microsoft represents another element of the PROS Everywhere strategy that provides customers with tools for integrating PROS pricing solutions into their existing infrastructures and systems. By investing in these partnerships with leading technology companies, PROS demonstrates its commitment to serving its customers by delivering better, more complete solutions at a lower total cost of ownership.
