UK Food Service Giant, BFS 3663, Selects PROS to Enhance Customer Service, Loyalty with Real-Time Pricing

Distributor Completes First Phase of Implementation

HOUSTON, July 13, 2011 – PROS (NYSE: PRO), the world leader in pricing and revenue management software, today announced BFS 3663, one of the leading food service distributors in the United Kingdom, has selected the PROS Pricing Solutions Suite as the pricing technology to improve profitability and margins. In June, BFS 3663 met a major milestone, completing the first phase of its PROS implementation. The company acquired the PROS software licenses during the fourth quarter of 2010, with implementation work beginning during the first quarter of 2011.

With more than £1.00 billion in annual revenue, BFS 3663 is the European subsidiary of multi-billion dollar global conglomerate Bidvest Group. Based in South Africa, Bidvest is one of the world’s largest global food service distributors and employs more than 100,000 people.
