At PROS, we celebrate innovation as the catalyst for transformative growth and exceptional customer experiences. Our customer awards honor organizations that push the boundaries of what’s possible through the strategic use of AI, software solutions, and collaborative partnerships.

Award Details:

As we move toward joining forces with Conga, following closing of the transaction, our 2026 Customer Awards Program will integrate with the Conga Inspire Awards to create a unified recognition experience. Customers demonstrating excellence in innovation, transformation, efficiency, and customer experience will be recognized on stage at Conga Connect, taking place March 9–11 in Orlando, FL.

The awards recognize a different dimension of impact: from accelerating time to value and driving profitability to modernizing digital selling and maximizing enterprise-wide adoption. When submitting, customers should be prepared to share specific outcomes, measurable results, and examples of how PROS solutions helped unlock growth, efficiency, or transformation within their organization. Strong submissions highlight clear business challenges, the PROS capabilities implemented, and the quantifiable impact achieved.

Award Qualifications:

Award nominations are open to all PROS B2B Customers, offering an equal opportunity for recognition.

Submission period: December 11, 2025 – January 16, 2026

Successful nominations will include:
  • Detailed submissions using notable results from the PROS Platform realized over the qualification period
  • Agreement with the PROS Award Terms
  • Must be a current PROS B2B Customer
  • Plan to have at least (1) team member join Outperform in-person or sending a video in advance accepting this award to be played at Outperform during the Awards Ceremony and promotional elements.

Award Terms:

By submitting, you authorize the use of the story of your journey with PROS. You confirm your authority to enter into this agreement and assert that the content is free of intellectual property violations or unlawful material. Submitted content may be converted into case studies post-Outperform and will be published in collaboration with each customer.

Key Dates:

  • December 15, 2025 – January 16, 2026 – Customer Awards Submissions Open
  • Week of February 9, 2026 – Notify Winners and Confirm Attendance
  • March 10, 2026 – Award Ceremony during Outperform at Conga Connect in Orlando, FL

How are finalists selected for the PROS Customer Outperformer Awards?
Finalists are selected based on the quality of the nomination and the demonstrated impact of the customer’s use of PROS solutions. A PROS judging panel evaluates all submissions and places each one in the category that best aligns with the story and results shared.
Customers should submit one nomination per company. Our team will review your entry and place it in the award category that best aligns with your story.
Yes, customers are required to use the provided submission form when submitting their nominations for the awards. This form ensures that all necessary information is included and presented in a standardized format, facilitating the evaluation process.
We will have 4-6 winners in total.
Yes, as a part of the terms below by submitting you are authorizing the use of your story with PROS. Submitted content may be converted into case studies post-Outperform and will be published in collaboration with each customer.
