NACD Fellows demonstrate their commitment to highest levels of corporate governance and leadership in the boardroom
HOUSTON, Jan. 9, 2016 – PROS Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PRO), the revenue and profit realization company, today announced that the National Association of Corporate Directors (“NACD”) recently recognized Bill Russell, PROS Non-Executive Chairman, as an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, the highest credential for corporate directors offered by the NACD. NACD Fellowship is a comprehensive program of study that empowers Fellows with the latest insights, intelligence and leading boardroom practices.

Russell has been a director of PROS since 2008. In addition to serving as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, he also serves as the Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee, and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Russell also serves on the boards of directors of several privately held companies. He has served in a variety of roles on both public and private technology company boards, and previously served on the boards of SABA Software, Inc., webMethods and Cognos. Russell has held a number of senior-level roles in his more than 20 years at Hewlett-Packard, including Vice President and General Manager of the multi-billion-dollar Enterprise Systems Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Edinburgh University and has completed several executive development programs from institutions including Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
