This enhancement introduces Private Scenario Views in the Master Price List. Now, users can create a pricing scenario, visible only to them, or leave it as a public scenario, visible to everyone on the team with access. This simple change cleans up the workspace and allows pricing professionals to concentrate on validating their unique pricing models without distraction.
In the new Manage Scenarios modal, users can:
- View all their accessible scenarios (both public and private).
- Hide public scenarios that aren’t relevant to them.
- Search, rename, and duplicate scenarios.
- Convert a private scenario to a public one when it’s ready for team review.
This feature was born from feedback from our customers with larger and more active global pricing teams. They needed a way to manage their extensive scenario modeling work more efficiently. The result is a more focused, productive, and scalable workspace that empowers individual users while still supporting pricing team collaboration.
Price Book Export to Digital Sales Channels

Our new Price Book Export capability solves this by allowing users to generate and export account-specific pricing data directly from PROS Smart POM into a format ready for external systems like e-commerce platforms and digital portals. This initial iteration to the feature enables easy delivery of raw, pre-computed pricing data for up to 50 million price evaluations annually, eliminating the need for real-time requests to PROS and manual formatting efforts.

Automated Folder Creation for Product Collections in Quotes
Large, complex quotes can quickly become disorganized. When sales reps add products from various catalog collections, they need a simple way to keep everything structured and easy to review.
Our new feature automates the creation of folder structures within quotes based on catalog collections. When a rep adds products from a collection, the system automatically creates a folder named after that collection and places the items inside. This small change has a big impact, ensuring quotes are organized, consistent, and easy to navigate. It builds on our previous work, allowing products to be added from collections, making the process even more seamless and saving valuable time for your sales team.
Converted Price Widget for Multi-Currency Quotes
Global sales teams face a unique challenge: quoting in multiple currencies. Previously, this meant creating separate columns for each currency, a process that was not only more cumbersome, but also pushed up against system limits on the number of columns in a quote.
The new Converted Price Widget is a game-changer for multi-currency quoting. This component displays real-time currency conversions for monetary values directly within a single column. If a price is in USD, the widget can instantly show the equivalent in EUR, GBP, or any other configured currency. This streamlines the quote view, reduces configuration complexity, and helps avoid system governor limits, ensuring better performance and cleaner user experience for your global teams.
Multi-Language Template Support
For global businesses, consistency in documentation across different regions is key. Manually creating and maintaining separate templates for each language is inefficient and prone to errors.
Multi-Language Template Support, part of Smart CPQ’s Document Generation capabilities, allows administrators to embed translation keys directly into document templates. When a document is generated, these keys dynamically pull the correct translation for static text, like table headers and labels based on the selected language. This customer-driven enhancement simplifies the management of multilingual documents, reduces maintenance overhead, and ensures your brand presents a consistent, professional face in every market.
Targeted Error Messaging
Not all users need the same level of information, especially when it comes to error messages. A technical error that’s useful for an admin can be confusing and frustrating for a sales rep.
Smart CPQ now delivers targeted error messaging based on user profiles. Admin users receive detailed, technical messages that help with debugging, while business users see simplified, actionable messages relevant to their workflow. This UX enhancement reduces confusion, cuts down on support tickets, and allows each user group to resolve issues faster and focus on what’s important to their role.
Retain Quotes from Canceled Subscription Workflows
Sales negotiations are valuable, even when they don’t immediately result in a deal. In the past, if a subscription amendment or renewal workflow was canceled, the associated quote and all its negotiated terms were lost.
Responding to a direct customer request, we’ve introduced the ability to retain historical quotes from canceled subscription workflows. With a simple checkbox, you can now preserve these quotes in a read-only mode. This ensures that all the time and effort your sales team invested in negotiations are not wasted. They can easily reference past discussions, maintain a clear audit trail, and provide a more continuous experience for the customer if they need to resume negotiations for the same offerings.
PROS Rebate Management
Rebates are a powerful tool for driving sales and building customer loyalty, but managing them effectively requires visibility and flexibility. Our new features give you both.
Real-Time Performance Dashboard
Traditional rebate tracking often involves manual, periodic reporting that leaves you looking in the rearview mirror. To make proactive decisions when they matter, you need real-time insight.
The Real-Time Performance Dashboard provides daily visibility into the performance of your active rebate programs. You can monitor relevant transactions, see accrued rebate amounts per customer, and track progress against attainment criteria. A time-based chart shows accrual growth, giving you a comprehensive, up-to-the-minute view of how customer rebates are performing. This eliminates manual reporting, empowers sales teams to intervene early, and builds trust with customers through higher transparency in the process.
Tier-Based Incentives
Tiered rebates are excellent for motivating customers, but they can be complex to set up and track. Our new Tier-Based Incentives feature simplifies this process.
Directly within the UI, you can now configure multi-level rebate incentives with different attainment thresholds. You can choose between two logic types:
- Cliff: The incentive applies to all transactions once a tier is reached.
- Gradual: The incentive applies only to the volume above each threshold.
This flexibility supports both revenue-based and unit-based incentives, making it easy to design programs that drive incremental growth and create a win-win dynamic with your customers.
Platform Analytics

Enhanced Alert Management
Effective alert management requires context. Our four new UX enhancements provide just that:
- Alerts History: See a log of when an alert was triggered and notifications were sent.
- Subscribers Count: Know how many users are subscribed to an alert.
- Edit Functionality: Update alert names and descriptions to be more descriptive.
- Task Details: See the source task name and status for system event alerts.

Bridge Currency in Currency Service
Managing currency conversions across a global business can be a maintenance nightmare. Defining rates for every possible currency pair is not scalable.
The Bridge Currency feature solves this by allowing you to define a single intermediate currency for indirect conversions. If a direct rate between two currencies doesn’t exist, the system will automatically use the bridge currency to complete the conversion. This dramatically reduces the number of conversion rates you need to maintain, simplifying setup and improving scalability for your global sales operations.
Expanded Format Support for Scalable Data Loading
To improve performance and flexibility, we’ve expanded file compatibility in the PROS Data Management Platform. You can now upload Parquet and csv.gz files, two industry-standard formats known for their efficiency in handling large datasets.
