PROS Announces Executive Promotion, EMEA Appointment
Wagner Williams to Lead Professional Services; Rob Glenn Appointed to EMEA Role
HOUSTON & LONDON, February 27, 2012 – PROS® (NYSE: PRO), a world leader in business-to-business pricing and revenue management software, today announced the corporate promotion of Wagner Williams to PROS Senior Vice President, Professional Services. Williams formerly served as PROS Europe General Manager. Concurrently, the company announced the appointment of Robert Glenn as PROS General Manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Following his successful European assignment, Williams returns to PROS corporate headquarters to lead the expansion of its Professional Services team. He reports to PROS President and CEO Andres Reiner.

Based at its EMEA headquarters in London, Rob Glenn reports to PROS Chief Sales Officer Christopher J. Jones. Glenn, a native of the United Kingdom, will lead Sales, Strategic Consulting, Marketing and Professional Services.

About Wagner Williams
Wagner Williams joined PROS in 2004 as director of pricing solutions and has held a number of increasingly responsible positions. He was appointed to open the company’s first European office, relocating to London in 2007. As PROS Europe General Manager, he built its operations and developed its B2B customer base in manufacturing, distribution and services. Following a successful four-year assignment, Williams has been promoted to lead the company’s highly regarded Professional Services team.
Williams earned a B.S. in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
About Rob Glenn
Glenn joins PROS following more than three years with Global 360, where he served as senior vice president of international operations from its European headquarters in London. He held responsibilities for operations outside the Americas, managing all aspects of the business, including pre-sales, sales, alliances, professional services, marketing and support. Prior to Global 360, Glenn led sales and marketing for Gresham Computing. Additional experience includes international sales and marketing roles with Tibco Software and Staffware, software companies focused on solutions for a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and transportation and logistics.
Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and computer science, graduating with honors from De Montfort University in Leicester, United Kingdom.
