Sunil John joined PROS in 2005 and serves as Chief Executive Officer.

John is a strategic executive known for combining deep technical expertise with a strong customer and business mindset. With two decades at PROS, he brings a rare continuity of vision and execution, having led the company through multiple technology, portfolio, and operating model transformations. He has a proven ability to scale enterprise platforms, drive AI-led commercial impact, and lead through transformational change while ensuring disciplined execution and customer-centric growth.

During his time at PROS, John has served in numerous roles with increasing responsibilities in both product management and at the executive team. He helped lead the company through several significant acquisitions and oversaw operational execution across the company during PROS’ Cloud First transformation.

Prior to PROS, John built his technology, product, and business expertise in developing customer-focused products and solutions for a variety of industries, including a vehicle route optimization solution that was a finalist for the 2004 Franz Edelman award.

John holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Scott Cook joined PROS in 1999 and serves as Chief Financial Officer.

Since joining PROS, Cook has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President and Corporate Controller where he oversaw global corporate and revenue accounting, external financial reporting, treasury and financial controls covering all aspects of PROS business.

Cook has more than 30 years of accounting and finance leadership and experience in a high-growth environment. Throughout his tenure at PROS, Cook successfully supported PROS IPO, several follow-on equity and convertible debt offerings and led the financial and accounting integration of multiple acquisitions in strategic industry growth markets.

Prior to PROS, Cook served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Flotek Industries, Inc. in Houston. He began his career in public accounting with both Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton LLP.

Cook earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Surain Adyanthaya joined PROS in 1993 and serves as President. In this role, Adyanthaya is responsible for extending PROS market leadership and further supporting commercial transformation in the airline industry.  

Adyanthaya has served in numerous roles across the PROS organization. Most recently he was President, Global Industries, where he served as an executive liaison with PROS customers and ensured that PROS innovation and products met the needs of our customers and the market.  

Prior to his role as President, Adyanthaya held various roles within PROS Product Management and Software Development teams. He helped develop PROS Real-Time Dynamic Pricing and Origin & Destination products and was instrumental in building the programming framework we continue to use today.    

Adyanthaya earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Master of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University.

Tara Callanan serves as General Counsel at PROS, where she leads the company’s global legal strategy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance programs. Callanan oversees all legal matters that enable and accelerate PROS’ global go-to-market motion, including commercial transactions, AI/ML regulatory frameworks, data protection, and enterprise risk management across multiple jurisdictions. She brings a deeply pragmatic, business aligned approach to legal leadership, ensuring PROS can innovate, scale, and deliver customer value with speed and confidence.

Callanan joined PROS in 2014 and has held a progression of senior legal roles across the organization, most recently serving as Associate General Counsel, Commercial & Managing Counsel for EMEA. Her legal career began over 20 years ago in the Corporate Department at William Fry, a leading Irish law firm where she specialized in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions. She then moved her focus to technology law serving as Counsel with a European cloud native fintech.

Tara holds a Bachelor in Business and Law from University College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.

Bhaskara Rao Guntreddy serves as Senior Vice President of Product at PROS, where he leads the product strategy, portfolio direction, and innovation roadmap for the company’s suite of airline  solutions. In this role, he is responsible for aligning product vision with market-driven solutions that deliver high value for airline customers across the globe.

Guntreddy is a seasoned product and travel technology leader with deep experience in offer management, optimization, and commercial platforms. He has held several key leadership positions in business solutions, innovation, and revenue management at Emirates and Etihad, where he drove transformational product initiatives and collaborated closely with industry partners to elevate the airline’s commercial and revenue management capabilities. Prior to joining PROS, he most recently served as Vice President of Product, Offer Management at Sabre, shaping capabilities of offer optimization on offer and order. He is a frequent contributor to industry forums on topics such as dynamic offers, retail transformation, and next generation travel commerce, and is respected as a thought leader in airline offer and revenue optimization. 

Guntreddy holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Strathclyde and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University. 

Kim Kneidel serves as Head of Human Resources at PROS, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. In this role, Kim drives the HR vision that supports PROS’ culture of innovation, operational excellence, and workforce engagement. She oversees all aspects of people operations, including talent management, leadership development, employee relations, organizational design, and strategic business partnership across the company’s global teams.

Kim joined PROS in 2015 and has held a series of progressive HR leadership roles, most recently serving as Director and Senior HR Business Partner, where she was recognized as a trusted advisor to the business, a champion of people-centric transformation, and a strategic partner skilled at aligning talent strategies with organizational performance.

Prior to joining PROS, Kim held HR leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP and BDO USA, LLP. At BDO, she served in enterprise-wide and regional HR roles, including Director of Training & Development, Director of Career Development, and Regional Director of Human Resources, where she led HR operations across 17 offices and guided teams responsible for recruiting, employee relations, career development, and organizational integration.

Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in human resources within the retail industry where she served as Employee Relations Manager for Destination XL and held HR leadership roles at Macy’s across the New England, and South Florida regions, supporting thousands of employees across retail, corporate, and distribution environments. Kim holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a BA. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida International University.

Hari Krishnan serves as Chief Technology Officer at PROS, where he leads the company’s global technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and engineering execution. In this role, Hari is responsible for shaping and advancing the technology vision that underpins the PROS Platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and differentiated value for customers worldwide.

Krishnan joined PROS in 2009 and has served in many roles across Engineering, most recently as Chief Software Architect, and is a seasoned technology leader with more than two decades of experience building high-performing engineering teams, designing scalable systems, and driving technical strategy. He is recognized for his ability to align technology with business outcomes, transform legacy systems, and accelerate adoption of next-generation architectures, cloud platforms, and AI-native capabilities.

Prior to joining PROS, Krishnan held senior roles in enterprise software. He served as an Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank and a Senior Associate at JPMorgan Chase, working at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business in highly regulated, global environments. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Software Engineer at BMC Software and i2 Technologies, where he built and scaled enterprise-grade systems.

Krishnan holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.

Srikanth Ranganathan is Senior Vice President at PROS, where he plays a key role in advancing PROS’ global travel and airline business, helping airlines deliver growth, customer value, and strategic transformation across the industry. With nearly three decades of experience in airline planning, pricing, revenue management, and enterprise software, he brings a rare combination of deep domain expertise and commercial airline leadership.

Since joining PROS in 2001, Ranganathan has held a series of senior leadership roles globally. He has led sales, customer success, and implementations through periods of rapid growth and market change, including serving as Vice President of EMEA and later as Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Success for the airline and travel vertical. In these roles, he founded and scaled PROS’ Customer Success organization, led global sales initiatives, and played a pivotal role in transitioning the business to a cloud-based SaaS model.

Earlier in his career, he held Airline Planning and Pricing and RM roles at American Airlines and DHL Worldwide Express, with responsibilities spanning Fleet and Route Planning, FP&A, and Pricing and RM.

Ranganathan holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from The City University of New York.

Eileen Sweeney joined PROS in 2024 and serves as Chief Revenue Officer, where she leads global revenue strategy across sales, customer success, and marketing. With more than 25 years of experience in consulting and technology services, she has a strong track record of driving growth through complex, multi-year transformation deals and building lasting C-level relationships. She is known for combining strategic rigor with disciplined execution to drive growth in highly complex, global environments.

Sweeney previously was PROS Global Head of Sales. Prior to joining PROS, she held senior executive roles at Capgemini, Adecco, Virtustream (a Dell company), Iron Mountain, and CSC (now DXC), where she managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and led business turnarounds, organizational change, and global transformation initiatives. She is widely recognized for building high-performing, inclusive teams and fostering cultures of engagement and wellbeing.

Sweeney holds an MBA and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Union College.

Scott Zou serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at PROS, where he oversees global product development, engineering operations, and operational strategy to ensure the delivery of enterprise-grade, AI-powered software solutions. In this role, Scott is responsible for aligning PROS’ operational capabilities with business objectives, scaling teams and processes, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Scott is a seasoned technology and operations leader with more than 25 years at PROS, where he has progressed through a series of leadership roles spanning engineering, product development, and operational management. Most recently serving as VP, Engineering, he led a development organization of 100+ software and quality engineers, defined product strategy and roadmaps, and worked closely with customers and prospects to support sales and adoption. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Manager, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer, during which he launched multiple new products, drove technology innovation, and built high-performing engineering teams.

Before joining PROS, Scott gained experience as a software engineer and consultant at CAI Software, Computer Associates, and Sapphire Technologies, providing technology solutions to enterprise clients across industries.

Zou holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University.
