The conference, scheduled May 10-12 in Chicago, will be held at the Palmer House Hilton.

- Cargill: Sonya McCullum Roberts serves as President for Growth Ventures & Strategic Pricing at Cargill Protein. In her remarks – Moving from Spreadsheets to Modern Commerce in the Food Industry – Roberts will discuss how managing successful change with new software implementations often hinges on how well data and analytics are leveraged.
