Travel Daily Media: Etihad takes on Pros Revenue Cloud solution

In a bid to enhance its business efficiency, Etihad Airways and PROS inked a strategic agreement that will see the airline migrate its PROS Origin & Destination (O&D) revenue management solution to the cloud.

This is to support its rapidly expanding business operations.

For more than a decade, the airline has leveraged PROS innovative smart applications to help drive business. By migrating PROS O&D revenue management solution to the cloud, the airline will gain faster access to PROS’ ongoing innovations. The end-to-end PROS solution focuses on flexibility and scalability.

Etihad Airways’ chief information and technology officer, Robert Webb, said: “This agreement is in line with our technology and innovation strategy of enabling common platforms and reusable solutions. This in turn reduces costs, increases efficiency and drive value across Etihad Airways and our partner airlines.”
