Anoushka Shahane is the Lead UX Researcher at PROS. Anoushka uses quantitative and qualitative research to inform product strategy and enhance adoption and usage for all PROS AI products. She has a dual-degree Ph.D. in Cognitive & Affective Neuroscience and Behavioral Medicine with a focus in neural networks and large language models.

Mike Jahoda serves as Chief Customer Officer at PROS. Mike oversees all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from customer education, onboarding, and implementation to support and customer success. With a career spanning over two decades in customer-centric roles, Mike has earned a reputation for driving exceptional customer experiences and delivering tangible results. Mike has previously served in several Executive roles in SaaS software companies, including leading Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Education, and Support. Mike also has extensive experience as a management consultant at Accenture, where he contributed his expertise to the pricing and profit optimization practice for over 13 years.

Dr. Michael Wu
Chief AI Strategist

Dr. Michael Wu is currently the Chief AI Strategist at PROS (NYSE: PRO). He’s been appointed as a Senior Research Fellow at the Ecole des Ponts Business School for his work in Data Science, and he serves as an advisor and a lecturer for UC Berkeley Extension’s AI programs.

Prior to PROS, Michael was the Chief Scientist at Lithium for a decade.  His R&D won him the recognition as an Influential Leader by CRM Magazine. Prior to industry, Michael received his triple major undergraduate degree in Applied Math, Physics, and Molecular & Cell Biology; and his Ph.D. from UC Berkeley’s Biophysics program.
