Andres D. Reiner

President and Chief Executive Officer

PROS President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner joined the company in 1999. He was appointed to his current role in November 2010 and also serves as a member of its board of directors.

Reiner has led PROS to record revenue growth, fueled by his vision and strategy around innovation, customer success and helping people achieve their full potential. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its global reach and scale, introduced numerous new products, entered new markets, grown its partner ecosystem, completed three acquisitions and more than doubled the size of the team.

Reiner has held a broad range of leadership roles that provide the breadth of experience and understanding of how to drive growth. In this series of increasingly responsible roles, he has led products and product management, marketing, global alliances, science and research, and development of the company’s next-generation software portfolio.

Prior to joining PROS, Reiner held various technical and leadership positions in software-based companies including Platinum Technology and ADAC Healthcare Information Systems.

Reiner serves on the board of directors at Paylocity Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: PCTY), a cloud-based provider of payroll and human capital management software solutions. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Reiner received the Ernst & Young 2015 Entrepreneur Of The Year Award® in the technology category for the Gulf Coast.

He earned a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Houston.

Stefan Schulz

Chief Financial Officer

Stefan Schulz joined PROS in 2015 and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

He is responsible for PROS finance, accounting, corporate development, information technology and legal teams globally. Schulz reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner.

Schulz brings to PROS more than 30 years of financial and operations experience where he has built internal capacity to support high-growth, and has led the evaluation and integration of multiple acquisitions. Prior to joining PROS, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Digital River, Inc., a global provider of commerce-as-a-service solutions, headquartered in Minneapolis. In this role, Schulz was in charge of building the company’s full-service merchant-of-record and seller-of-record offering, and overseeing the company’s internal transformation to greater efficiency and scale.

He previously spent six years with Lawson Software, an enterprise resource planning software company. As senior vice president, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, Schulz led the acquisition and integration of two companies in strategic industry growth markets.

Schulz worked for 12 years at BMC Software during a period of high growth, where he held several leadership roles, the last as vice president, global revenue operations. Schulz began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co.

He earned a B.B.A. in accounting from Lamar University.

Leslie J. Rechan

Chief Operating Officer

Les Rechan, Chief Operating Officer, joined PROS in May 2020. He leads the go-to-market, customer experience and engagement functions to further scale and grow these operations globally. Prior to his appointment to COO, Rechan served on the PROS board of directors from 2015 to 2020 as a member of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee, and the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Prior to PROS, Rechan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Solace Systems, a smart data movement solutions company, headquartered in Ottawa, Canada. He has also served as President, CEO and a director of Halogen Software, a cloud-based talent management software provider, which was acquired by SABA.

Rechan previously served as General Manager, IBM Business Analytics Division, and has also served as Chief Operating Officer of Cognos. Moreover, he has held global executive leadership roles with Oracle, Siebel Systems, Cadence Design Systems and Onyx Software.

Rechan currently serves on the advisory board of Cognitive Scale, a privately held augmented intelligence cloud platform company, MicroStrategy, a leading provider of enterprise analytics and mobility software and services and JASCI software, a privately held supply chain acceleration cloud solutions company.

Rechan earned his M.A. in Management from Northwestern University, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in organizational behavior from Brown University.

John C.P. Allessio

Chief Customer Officer

John Allessio, Chief Customer Officer, joined the company in October 2019. He leads the global delivery, customer support, and customer success teams to help PROS further accelerate customer value and deliver a world-class customer experience at scale.

Allessio brings more than 30 years of customer success experience to PROS. Prior to joining PROS, Allessio served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Services at Red Hat, a leading provider of enterprise open source solutions. At Red Hat, Allessio was responsible for customer success across the company’s consulting services, training and certification services, technical and business partner enablement, and pre-sales solution architecture programs.

Allessio joined Red Hat in 2014 following a 27-year career with IBM, where he served in several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he was Vice President of Software Services, Support, and Success – Industry Cloud Solutions, responsible for leading software lab services, education, technical support, and accelerated value program offerings globally for IBM’s Industry Solutions software division. Additionally, he led the SaaS Operations and Client Success organization – a team of software consultants and support engineers in 35+ countries with a goal of client success with Industry Solutions software, including Smarter Commerce, Enterprise Marketing Management, Smarter Content, and Smarter Cities.

Allessio earned an M.B.A from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Computer Science from Wayne State University.

Nikki Brewer

Chief People Officer

Nikki Brewer joined PROS in 2017 to lead our global Total Rewards team and now serves as its Chief People Officer. She leads the global human resources team, where she oversees the talent acquisition, talent development, rewards, culture and diversity strategies. A key focus for her team is driving innovative employment initiatives that make PROS a destination technology company for outperformers and fuel the company’s growth around the world.

During her tenure leading the global Total Rewards team, Brewer drove significant changes to the PROS benefits program and branding, strengthened the PROS reward programs, and overhauled PROS human capital IT systems resulting in a vastly improved PROS employee experience.

Prior to joining PROS, Brewer served in a range of increasingly responsible human resources roles in the energy industry both in the US and abroad. Most recently Brewer served as Director of Total Rewards for Columbia Pipeline Group (now TC Energy), where she was as a member of the HR leadership team, led the annual reward programs, and was a key member of the M&A team.

Brewer earned both an M.B.A. and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

 

Scott Cook

Chief Accounting Officer

Scott Cook joined PROS in 1999 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.

Since joining PROS, Cook served as Vice President and Corporate Controller where he oversaw global corporate and revenue accounting, external financial reporting, treasury and financial controls covering all aspects of PROS business. He reports to Stefan Schulz, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Cook has more than 30 years of accounting and finance leadership and experience in a high-growth environment. Throughout his tenure at PROS, Cook successfully supported PROS IPO, several follow-on equity and convertible debt offerings and led the financial and accounting integration of multiple acquisitions in strategic industry growth markets.

Prior to PROS, Cook served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Flotek Industries, Inc. in Houston. Cook began his career in public accounting with both Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton LLP.

He earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Damian Olthoff

General Counsel

General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer Damian Olthoff joined PROS in 2011. He also serves the company as its secretary and is responsible for all legal operations. Olthoff brings to PROS experience in governance, corporate development, finance and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining PROS, he served for six years as general counsel for Animal Health International, a publicly traded pharmaceutical distributor. With Animal Health, Olthoff led the company’s foreign and domestic legal affairs, including complex commercial transactions, the company’s 2007 initial public offering, numerous acquisitions and litigation management. He also served as counsel for TrinTel Communications, then the largest privately held developer, owner and operator of wireless telecommunications facilities in the United States. He previously held various roles with Sprint – now Sprint Nextel – where he assisted with development and management of its $2+ billion real estate portfolio, including negotiations of commercial real estate agreements.

Olthoff earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and a B.B.A. in business administration from the same institution.

Rob Reiner

Chief Technology Officer

Rob Reiner joined PROS in 2016 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s technology vision, strategy and roadmap for product management, product development and science, as well as cloud operations. With teams in both the U.S. and Europe, the company’s product portfolio includes solutions for manufacturing, distribution, services, travel and related vertical markets.

An accomplished technology leader, Reiner previously served as Chief Technology Officer with ITinvolve, a company he co-founded in 2011. At ITinvolve, he developed the platform and solutions that provided organizations with an always-up-to-date and accurate view of relationships and dependencies in their IT environments. The solution enabled teams to make operational decisions, and plan and execute transformational plans with confidence. The company was acquired in the spring of 2015.Reiner also worked for nine years at Attachmate, where he served in a number of increasingly responsible roles. As Chief Technology Officer and vice president, engineering, he drove innovation, common technology usage, and engineering processes and operations. Reiner also spent six years at BMC Software where he was responsible for its flagship product, Patrol. Additional experience also includes five years with Kinesix.

He holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Houston.

Benson Yuen

President, Travel

Benson Yuen joined PROS in 1988. His analytical and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in the successful installation and implementation of PROS software products in diverse customer environments. In addition, his practical pricing and revenue optimization experience has contributed substantially to the design of PROS software products.

Prior to joining PROS, he served as Director of Pricing and Central Reservations Control for a transportation company. During his tenure, Benson was responsible for the company’s revenue optimization function, which included marketing automation software development, pricing and tariff strategies, and the direction of the central reservations control system.

Benson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Craig Zawada

Chief Visionary Officer

Craig Zawada joined PROS in 2010 and serves as its Chief Visionary Officer. He is responsible for creating and articulating the vision for how PROS uses the latest technology to help companies drive incremental sales growth and profit improvement.

Zawada also works with new and existing customers to define the implementation path for these solutions to help them outperform in their respective industries. Prior to joining PROS, he was a partner and leader in the Marketing & Sales Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Zawada is a widely published author, with articles that have appeared in many high-profile publications, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, Mergers and Acquisitions, and the McKinsey Quarterly. He has been interviewed by and quoted in Fortune, Canadian Business, Business 2.0 and CNBC.com publications. Zawada co-authored both the first and second editions of “The Price Advantage,” which has been recognized as one of the most pragmatic books available on pricing strategy. As a frequently sought-after presenter, Zawada has spoken at conferences around the world on next-generation sales and pricing improvement strategies.

He earned both an M.B.A. and bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Ontario, Canada.
