John “Jake” Cleveland joins PROS as senior vice president, global sales.

Stephen R. Stewart has been promoted to manager, U.S. corporate communications, for Enbridge Energy.

Jennifer Gravenor has joined Northern Trust as vice president and wealth strategist in Houston.

The consulting firm of Hawes Hill Calderon has two new team members. Phil Wagner is an economic development specialist serving as director of services for the Montrose management district and assisting the East Aldine management district in charge of business expansion and recruitment. Tony Allender is a certified planner and an economic development specialist who will assist with planning and economic development projects.

Chris J. Jones now leads PROS alliances and partners business globally.

Bank of America has named Hong Ogle as market president for Houston. Ogle also serves as director of the downtown Houston complex for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Josh M. McMorrow has joined Weatherford International as associate general counsel-U.S. and Canada.

Sharif Al-Almin has been appointed general manager of Prohibition Supperclub & Bar at 1008 Prairie. Opening is planned in late August.

Whitley Penn, a public accounting and consulting firm, announced that Kyle McFatridge, Texas City audit manager, has been named treasurer of the Galveston County Food Bank board of directors and elected to serve on the executive committee.

Transwestern Development Co. announced that the Urban Land Institute has appointed President Carleton Riser as its Houston District Council Chair, effective July 1. Riser succeeds Greg Erwin, who served as District council chair from 2011 to 2013.

Jason Dillee has joined Cassidy Turley as vice president of industrial project leasing.
