Optimizing Distributor Profitability: Best Practices to a Stronger Bottom Line

WHAT:           While distributor profitability and return on investment (ROI) depend on the ability to adopt and implement powerful best practices, execution is the key to building sustainable competitive advantage. Most companies struggle with implementations and repeatedly try adopting variations of the same practice. Organizations must map the practice to financial results and build a roadmap to capture those results on a well-understood timeline. The difference between common and best practices for distributors is so significant that every distributor should consider how to improve execution.

Texas A&M University’s Global Supply Chain Laboratory and the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) Institute of Distribution Excellence have worked in a long-term partnership to document best practices tied to financial results. Presented by PROS and NAW, this informative webinar will offer a range of insights to improve business performance:

        • Understanding the difference between common, good and best practices.
        • Understanding the financial impact of best practices.
        • Using knowledge to implement and sustain best practices.
