Michelle Benfer joined the PROS Board of Directors in 2023. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at BILL Holdings (NYSE: BILL), a leading financial operations platform for small and midsize businesses.   A skilled leader at some of the world’s most influential software and media companies, Benfer brings over two decades of leading and driving successful sales teams to the PROS Board.

Prior to joining BILL in September 2023, Benfer was Senior Vice President Sales, The Americas at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS). In this role and her prior sales management roles at HubSpot, she helped lead and grow the company’s sales teams, contributing to HubSpot’s strong topline growth during her tenure.  Previously, Benfer also served as Global VP Sales at LogMeIn (now GoTo) driving their high-growth products and held various sales roles in several media companies, including AOL, Meredith Corp, and Condé Nast.

Carlos Dominguez joined the PROS Board of Directors in 2020 and is a member of the Audit Committee. He is a seasoned technology veteran with over 30 years of industry experience. Dominguez currently serves as vice-chairman & chief evangelist of Sprinklr, a global, social-media-management company.

Prior to his current role at Sprinklr, Dominguez served as president of the company for five years. Prior to Sprinklr, he spent 22 years at Cisco Systems, Inc. where he served in a variety of executive roles, evangelized Cisco’s vision and strategy on behalf of the CEO and solidified the company’s strategy and dominance in strategic markets, such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Media. Before his time at Cisco, Dominguez held management positions at Timeplex, Inc. and New Jersey Bell/Bell Atlanticom.

Dominguez has more than 10 years of experience serving on public boards as well as 12 years serving on private company and nonprofit boards. In addition to his role on the Sprinklr board, Dominguez serves on the board of directors for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.

Raja Hammoud joined the PROS Board of Directors in 2020 and is a member of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee.

Hammoud previously served as executive vice president of products at Coupa Software (NASD: COUP), a global, business spend management company. At Coupa, Hammoud led the product portfolio’s strategy and product teams including product management and user experience. As a member of the Coupa Executive team, she helped the company scale from young startup to successful public company. Her leadership over the years resulted in the launch of many applications, thousands of product capabilities, and recognition of Coupa as a market leader.

Prior to joining Coupa, Hammoud directed product marketing for Adobe System’s (NASD: ADBE) business process management product line, resulting in Adobe’s recognition as a market leader in industry analyst evaluations. She subsequently drove the solutions roadmap for Adobe’s Customer Experience Management and spearheaded the product management of its innovative Social Brand Engagement Solution. Prior to Adobe, Raja held product leadership roles at webMethods where she set the BPM product direction, resulting in webMethods’ entry into the BPM space and recognition by Gartner and Forrester as industry leader.

Hammoud earned a B.S. in Computer Science with high distinction from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.

Cynthia Johnson joined the PROS Board of Directors in 2023. She currently leads the Global Solution Sales team at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the leading digital workflow company that helps the world work. CJ and her team of specialist sellers enable customers to create new innovative experiences, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock newfound productivity.

Prior to joining ServiceNow in March 2021, CJ was Vice President of the Cloud Infrastructure and Software Group at Cisco Systems. In this role, she helped lead Cisco's company-wide evolution to software sales and solutions. In prior roles, she successfully directed Cisco's foray into the hyperconverged infrastructure space and grew that business two times the market rate making it the largest manged networking platform in the world. She expanded the company’s partner ecosystem across VDI, big data, data intelligence, converged infrastructure and hybrid cloud strategies, including Google, Microsoft, and AWS.

She also participates on the Advisory Board of the Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT).

Leland T. “Lee” Jourdan joined the PROS Board of Directors in 2021 and serves on the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee. He is a seasoned business development and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leader within the Oil & Gas industry. Retired from Chevron, Jourdan spent 18 years in senior management roles including Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Senior Management Sponsor and Vice President, Commercial and Business Development for each of the IndoAsia and Asia South regions. Prior to Chevron, he served in management, business development, trading and engineering at El Paso Energy, PG&E and Dominion Energy.

Jourdan serves the Houston community on the board of SEARCH Homeless Services. His leadership and accomplishments in the DEI space have been recognized widely, with Business Insider naming Jourdan as one of 100 People Transforming Business in 2020.

A graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, Jourdan was commissioned as an officer in the US Army, obtaining the rank of Captain prior to entering the private sector.

Catherine A. Lesjak joined the PROS Board of Directors in 2020. She serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She is a seasoned technology veteran with experience in risk management, financial re-engineering, restructuring, and leading and developing teams in large global, complex organizations.

She currently serves as a director for technology pioneer and multinational conglomerate GE (NYSE: GE) and SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR), a vertically integrated solar company. Lesjak also serves on the board of the Berkeley Haas Business School. 

Lesjak spent 32+ years with HP, Inc/Hewlett Packard Company, and served in several executive leadership roles during her tenure, from interim CEO and COO to EVP and CFO – a role she held for 11 years before serving as interim COO for the company.

Before being named as CFO, Lesjak served as SVP and Treasurer, responsible for managing HP’s worldwide cash, debt, foreign exchange, capital structure, risk management and benefits plan administration. Earlier in her career at HP, she managed financial operations for Enterprise Marketing and Solutions and the Software Global Business Unit. Prior to this role, she was group controller for HP’s Software Solutions Organization and managed HP’s global channel credit risk as controller and credit manager for the Commercial Customer Organization.

Lesjak earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S in biology from Stanford University.

Greg B. Petersen joined the board of PROS Holdings, Inc. in 2007. He serves as Chairman of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Petersen is president of Brookview Capital Advisors based in Austin, Texas. He currently serves as a board member at Aterian (NASD: ATER) and Plus Therapeutics (NASD: PSTV). Previously, he served as a board member at three other technology companies: Diligent Corporation, Piksel, Inc. and Synthesio. From 2014 to 2015, he was the Executive Vice Chairman at Diligent Corporation, a high-growth SaaS business. Petersen has served as the Chief Financial Officer of several software and technology companies. From 2001-2007, he was Chief Financial Officer of Activant Solutions, a $400 million provider of business management solutions to retail and wholesale distribution businesses; and Lombardi Software, a business process management software provider, which was sold to IBM in 2010.

Petersen began his career with American Airlines, Inc. where he held increasingly responsible executive positions over eight years, including managing director of corporate development where he led a project to create Sabre Holdings, Inc. and complete its IPO. He has also served as an executive in finance and treasury roles with Trilogy Software, a provider of enterprise software and business services, and in planning and development roles with RailTex, a publicly-traded short-line and regional rail service provider.

Petersen earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.

PROS President and Chief Executive Officer Andres Reiner joined the company in 1999. He was appointed to his current role in November 2010 and also serves as a member of its board of directors.

Reiner has led PROS to record revenue growth, fueled by his vision and strategy around innovation, customer success and helping people achieve their full potential. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its global reach and scale, introduced numerous new products, entered new markets, grown its partner ecosystem, completed three acquisitions and more than doubled the size of the team.

Reiner has held a broad range of leadership roles that provide the breadth of experience and understanding of how to drive growth. In this series of increasingly responsible roles, he has led products and product management, marketing, global alliances, science and research, and development of the company’s next-generation software portfolio.

Prior to joining PROS, Reiner held various technical and leadership positions in software-based companies including Platinum Technology and ADAC Healthcare Information Systems.

Reiner serves on the board of directors at Paylocity Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: PCTY), a cloud-based provider of payroll and human capital management software solutions. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Reiner received the Ernst & Young 2015 Entrepreneur Of The Year Award® in the technology category for the Gulf Coast.

He earned a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Houston.

Bill Russell has served as a director of PROS Holdings, Inc. since 2008. He currently serves as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee.

Russell serves on the boards of directors of several privately held companies. He has served in a variety of roles on both public and private technology company boards, and previously served on the boards of SABA Software, Inc., webMethods and Cognos.

In his more than 20 years with Hewlett-Packard, Russell held a number of senior-level roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the multi-billion-dollar Enterprise Systems Group.

Timothy V. Williams has served as a director of PROS Holdings, Inc. since 2007. He currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Williams currently serves on the board of directors of ChannelAdvisor (NYSE: ECOM). From January 2001 until his retirement in November 2011, Williams served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blackbaud, Inc., a publicly-traded provider of software and services to non-profit organizations. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both Mynd, now a subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation, a provider of software and services to the insurance industry, and Holiday Inn Worldwide, a subsidiary of Bass PLC.

Williams has extensive financial, business, management and public software company expertise. He also serves on the board of directors and as chairman of the audit committee of ChannelAdvisor Corporation, a publicly-traded software firm. Williams previously served on the board and was chairman of the audit committee of Halogen Software, Inc., a publicly-traded software company that was acquired by SABA. In 2014, Williams joined the board of directors and serves as chairman of the audit committee of PointClickCare, Inc., a privately held software firm. Through his experience as a Chief Financial Officer with three other software and services firms, he brings to the PROS Board of Directors extensive knowledge of accounting, risk management, general management of software companies, and public company reporting requirements and processes.

He holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Northern Iowa.
