Celebrating airlines that are redefining revenue optimization across their network. This award honors carriers that leverage PROS science and AI to enhance pricing precision, optimize inventory and demand forecasting, and drive smarter commercial decisions. Recipients demonstrate innovation, operational efficiency, and measurable performance improvements across routes, markets, and distribution channels.

Retail Excellence

Honoring airlines that are redefining modern airline retail through dynamic offers and AI-driven optimization. This award celebrates carriers that enhance the traveler experience while driving measurable incremental revenue across digital channels and throughout the customer journey.

Impact Accelerator

Recognizing airlines that accelerated from implementation to measurable commercial results in record time. This award honors carriers that demonstrated strong cross-functional alignment, rapid adoption, and early performance gains, quickly unlocking improvements in revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and digital offer effectiveness.

Revenue Altitude

Recognizing airlines that have achieved exceptional commercial performance by leveraging both offer management and offer marketing solutions. This award honors carriers that drive measurable incremental revenue across the entire customer journey, demonstrating meaningful improvements in RASK, yield, forecast accuracy, and total revenue contribution, while capturing new revenue opportunities across channels.

Award Qualifications:

Award nominations are open to all PROS Customers, offering an equal opportunity for recognition.

Submission period: February 12, 2026 – May 29, 2026

Successful nominations will include:
  • Detailed submissions using notable results from the PROS Platform realized over the qualification period
  • Agreement with the PROS Award Terms
  • Must be a current PROS Customer
  • Plan to have at least (1) team member join Outperform in-person or sending a video in advance accepting this award to be played at Outperform during the Awards Ceremony and promotional elements.

Award Terms:

By submitting, you authorize the use of the story of your journey with PROS. You confirm your authority to enter into this agreement and assert that the content is free of intellectual property violations or unlawful material. Submitted content may be converted into case studies post-Outperform and will be published in collaboration with each customer.

Key Dates:

  • February 12, 2026 – May 29, 2026 – Customer Awards Submissions Open
  • Week of August 3, 2026 – Notify Winners and Confirm Attendance to Outperform
  • October 12, 2026 – Award Ceremony during Outperform in Lisbon, Portugal

Finalists are chosen based on the strength of submission of their nominations and the demonstrated impact of their innovative use of PROS software. A panel of PROS judges evaluates each nomination against the criteria outlined for each award category to determine winners.
Customers can submit for up to (2) categories using the submission form. This allows organizations to showcase their achievements and innovations across multiple areas of excellence within the PROS platform.
Yes, customers are required to use the provided submission form when submitting their nominations for the awards. This form ensures that all necessary information is included and presented in a standardized format, facilitating the evaluation process.
We will have one winner per category listed above.
Yes, as a part of the terms below by submitting you are authorizing the use of your story with PROS. Submitted content may be converted into case studies post-Outperform and will be published in collaboration with each customer.
No. However, if you are selected as a winner, we strongly encourage you to accept your award in person at the ceremony. If you cannot attend, you will need to provide an acceptance video by October 2, 2026.
