Bertha Rubio

Bertha Rubio is a Customer Success Director at PROS, with responsibility for business growth and customer engagement in the EMEA region. Rubio has worked with small, medium, and large airlines and travel companies all over the world and has been instrumental in promoting retention and loyalty. Before joining PROS in May 2016, Rubio served as an Account Manager at the Paris HQ of the New York Times, where she looked after growing the advertising contract value of different travel and luxury brands in the European region. Rubio holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School (France) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Mexico).
