  • Financial wellness education, such as money check-ups and a variety of financial education topics to encourage financial literacy and stability.

Creating a Culture of Support and Balance

Taking time to rest and recharge is essential for sustained productivity and mental clarity, and to support this, we offer several company-wide initiatives:

  • Paid company-wide Recharge Days, allowing employees to step away from work and reset.
  • Trusted Time Off (TTO), empowering employees to take the time they need while meeting business needs.
  • Comprehensive mental health support, providing access to resources that help employees navigate life’s challenges at every stage.

Beyond these programs, our workplaces are designed to support a healthy lifestyle. Our offices feature free healthy snack options, standing desks, pop-up on-site chair massages, and access to on-site or low-cost fitness facilities to encourage movement throughout the day.
