Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led communities built around shared experiences, perspectives and backgrounds. They’re open to all employees and create powerful spaces for connection, education and celebration. From hosting cultural events to leading DEI conversations, our ERGs play a big role in shaping the inclusive workplace we’re proud of.

- BLAZE: Investing in the development of women at PROS by providing women with opportunities for skill building and leadership in business and technology.
- EMPOWER: Attracting, developing and retaining Black talent at PROS.
- PRIDE: Supporting, empowering and advancing the professional growth of LGBTQIA+ employees and allies at PROS.
- SAHARA: Helping the South Asian Community navigate the western culture and provide opportunities for professional development, mentoring, networking and cultural awareness.
- UNIDOS: Serving as a resource for representation, advancement and inclusion of Hispanics at PROS.
- YoPROS: Connecting young professionals across PROS with opportunities to foster professional growth, develop leadership skills and cultivate meaningful relationships.
Learn & Connect Series
Our Learn & Connect series are DEI flagship events designed to bring all employees together through learning, connection and celebration. Organized by our Employee Resource Groups, employee teams and program managers, these events are some of our most anticipated and popular culture events each year.

- Wellbeing Innovation Team: an employee-led group that champions a culture of holistic wellbeing across our global community. From fitness challenges and mental health awareness to financial wellness and everyday tips, WIT keeps wellbeing front and center all year long.
- PROS Pals: Building connection from day 1, new employees are paired with a PROS Pal to support their new journey at PROS, helping them navigate their first few weeks, show them the ropes and build relationships across the organization.
- Community Circles: Virtual spaces for global employees to connect over shared interests, passions and hobbies. From Book Club and PROS Runners to Chefs and Foodies and Mechanical Keyboard Warriors, there’s a community for everyone.
