Tell us about your journey to PROS.

I joined PROS right after college, drawn by its innovative technology and collaborative culture—it felt like the perfect place to start my career. I began as an Implementation Consultant just two weeks after graduation, configuring CPQ solutions and working hands-on with our products.

Eager to expand my perspective, I explored other areas within the company and deepened my understanding of how different parts of the organization operates. This led me to my current role as Customer Success Manager, where I continue to make a meaningful impact for our customers. Now six years in at PROS, I’m still loving every moment!

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS? 

Without a doubt, it’s the people, collaborative culture and ability to make a real, tangible impact. Everyone here is genuinely willing to help, with a true ‘all-hands-on-deck’ mentality. I’ve had the privilege of working with colleagues and customers across the globe, building relationships and gaining valuable insights from their diverse roles, experiences and backgrounds.

Helping our customers across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Central America outperform in their markets has been incredibly fulfilling and knowing I’ve contributed to their growth and success is what makes this role so rewarding.

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.

I’m proud to lead the Customer Adoption Program (CAP) for CPQ alongside my CSM responsibilities. This project allows me to dive deep into customer data, troubleshoot issues, and help clients leverage adoption metrics to achieve success.

It’s rewarding to see how these efforts translate into tangible outcomes for our customers, and it’s exciting to be part of such a meaningful initiative that directly impacts the customer journey!

What are you a PRO at?

Cheesy jokes, especially dad ones. 

Outside of telling great jokes, my coworkers often come to me with questions about their CPQ accounts or CPQ Customer Adoption Program (CAP) metrics. It’s always rewarding to share insights and help them navigate these areas.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Growing up, my dad would always say, ‘Ponte las pilas’ and ‘ingéniatelas.’ Loosely translated, these phrases mean to give everything 110% and figure things out no matter what challenges come your way.
