Let's get to know Anthony!
Tell us about your journey to PROS.
I started my career in 2014 in the Office Services Galley, handling everything from setting up conference rooms to serving meals. At one point, I managed both the Galley and mailroom simultaneously, which taught me the importance of adaptability. Over time, I advanced to Lead, Office Service Manager, and eventually Facility Manager. It has been an enriching journey filled with valuable lessons—most importantly, focusing on what I can control.
What's your favorite thing about working in your current role?
What I enjoy most at PROS is the people. During my 10 years here, I’ve had the privilege of meeting kind, considerate and genuinely amazing individuals. It’s refreshing to work for a company that prioritizes employee wellbeing, which truly sets PROS apart. I also love that every project brings something new to learn—whether it’s mastering HVAC maintenance or understanding the Work Council in France. There’s never a dull moment!
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
With the support of my team members in EMEA, I’m leading a project to install surveillance cameras in our Sofia and Toulouse offices, ensuring consistent security across all PROS locations. This initiative has also given me valuable international facilities management experience, broadening my perspective on global operations.
What are you a PRO at?
My coworkers rely on me for expertise in facility policies and procedures, and they’d probably say I’m a pro at managing budgets. With my background in Accounts Payable, I understand the importance of accurate documentation and financial mindfulness.
Outside of work, my most important PRO title is being a dad. For the past 16 years, I’ve been dedicated to raising my son to be happy, driven, and aware. He plays football and runs track, which makes me a full-time “soccer dad” and the unofficial Uber driver for him and his friends. I love attending every practice and game, but more than that, I genuinely enjoy listening to and learning from the kids. Watching my son grow into a hardworking, well-rounded person has been the most rewarding experience of my life.
What's the best career advice you've ever received?
Attitude is everything. I am 100% responsible for how I choose to respond to all circumstances and people in my life. Everyone else is 0% responsible.
