Tell us about your journey to PROS.
I joined PROS in October 2024, drawn by its reputation for innovation, growth, and forward-thinking culture. With a background in Computer Science and Management Information Systems, paired with experience in project management, I’ve always been passionate about helping teams succeed and deliver results. I enjoy bringing structure to complex challenges and seeing ideas evolve into impactful solutions.
What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?
What I enjoy most about PROS is the collaborative environment and opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. There’s a real sense of shared purpose here, and I’m constantly learning and growing alongside talented, supportive teammates. In my current role, I love being at the heart of project execution—connecting stakeholders, solving problems, removing roadblocks, and celebrating team wins. There’s something really rewarding about helping a project move from concept to completion and knowing I played a part in that success.
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
Right now, I’m supporting a client implementation focused on streamlining their pricing strategy. It’s exciting to see how PROS solutions can drive meaningful business outcomes and operational improvements. Being part of a team that’s helping a client transform their processes and achieve real results makes the work incredibly fulfilling.
What do you do outside of work to recharge?
I love to recharge by spending quality time with my family. We love to travel, try new foods, and hang out with friends. Exploring new places and cuisines is one of our favorite ways to unwind and make lasting memories!
What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?
I’m a PRO at planning unforgettable family trips and always finding the best local spots to eat—no matter where we go! I also have a strong knack for keeping things organized and on track, whether it’s a fast-paced project or a fun weekend itinerary. My coworkers often come to me for help with project coordination and keeping things running smoothly. I think they’d say I’m a PRO at staying calm under pressure, keeping everyone aligned, and bringing positive energy to the team!
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Growth happens outside of your comfort zone.” This serves as a reminder for me to embrace challenges and take on opportunities that stretch my skills and help me continue learning and evolving.
