Meet Chandler Wooley, Senior Manager of Field Marketing, and PRO dinner party host! 🥘
Chandler leads the team connecting marketing and sales by creating and executing programs and events that generate new pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities for our teams. Her team develops customized, region-specific campaigns that support sales goals across each market and strengthen alignment between both groups.
Let’s get to know Chandler!
Tell us about your journey to PROS.
I came to PROS because I’ve always been drawn to roles where marketing directly fuels sales success. My background in event marketing and demand generation taught me how powerful well-designed programs can be in driving engagement and pipeline. When I saw the Field Marketing Manager role, I knew it was the right next step, since it lets me bring those strengths together to build targeted, high-impact programs that support regional sales needs.
What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?
What I enjoy most about PROS is the incredible culture. People are collaborative, approachable, and truly invested in helping each other succeed. I feel lucky to work with such a strong marketing team and to partner so closely with sales, since the alignment and teamwork make the work both meaningful and fun. In my role, I love creating that connection and generating programs that bring our teams together and directly contribute to shared goals.
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
Now that the year is coming to a close, we are ramping up our 2026 planning and there are a lot of exciting things coming, especially in Q1! I wouldn’t say there is one specific thing I am working on, but rather the entire end-of-year process is a fun and exciting one!
What do you do outside of work to recharge?
To recharge, I love taking outdoor walks whenever I can, reading books, and spending time with my family and friends! I also really love to travel and try to visit at least one new place every year!
What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?
I really love to host dinner parties! My favorite things are to cook and bring friends together, and it’s something I try to do a couple times a year.
At PROS, my coworkers come to me for information on aligning marketing efforts with what sales needs in each region, or how field marketing can support what they are currently running to make it more successful. For example, if demand generation is looking to run a webinar alongside one of their campaigns, we would collaborate and find the best way a webinar can support their current campaigns.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to stay curious and ask for clarity when you need it. It’s always better to ask a lot of questions and find opportunities to learn in your career than to limit yourself to what is possible.
