Tell us about your journey to PROS.
I joined PROS in 2019 as an Implementation Consultant shortly after completing my master’s degree. Interestingly, this was actually the second role I applied for at PROS—the first was in Product Support. What drew me to the Implementation Consultant role was the chance to work directly with customers while staying deeply involved in the technical aspects of software delivery. I’ve always been passionate about the intersection of technology and real-world impact, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see how software can drive meaningful solutions for businesses.
What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?
What keeps me motivated at PROS is the ever-evolving nature of technology and the opportunity to help customers harness its full potential in ways that create real business value. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is being part of both the project kickoff and Go-live. At kickoff, I get to engage with customers as they share their goals and expectations for how PROS can enhance their business processes. Then, at Go-live, it’s incredibly fulfilling to see those expectations met—or even exceeded—through the solutions we’ve delivered together.
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
Right now, I’m working on taking one of our customers live, which has been a significant and rewarding effort. The project has required close collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure we deliver on our end. One of the most meaningful parts has been helping to restore the customer’s confidence in our product by showing them firsthand how it can perform and deliver value when implemented effectively.
What do you do outside of work to recharge?
When I’m not working, I enjoy watching movies and diving into different genres. It’s a great way to unwind and reset after a busy week. I also love spending quality time with my family. Those moments help me recharge and stay grounded.
What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?
I love to cook, especially experimenting with recipes that bring the heat. Whether it’s trying out spicy dishes from different cuisines or creating my own twist on classic favorites, I enjoy exploring bold flavors!
At PROS, my coworkers often reach out to me for expertise on the CPQ product, particularly when it comes to finding solutions during implementation. I enjoy helping troubleshoot complex issues, share best practices, and guide projects to successful delivery.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is that opportunities aren’t just handed out to you—you have to demonstrate that you’ve earned them. That perspective has pushed me to take ownership of my work, continuously improve my skills, and show my value through consistent effort and results.
