Meet the PROS: Kaitlynn Brancato

Meet Kaitlynn Brancato, Customer Marketing Manager at PROS, and expert traveler! 🗺️

Kaitlynn works closely with customers and cross functional teams to capture and share real world success stories that highlight how PROS solves complex business challenges. She develops case studies, testimonials, and customer advocacy assets that translate customer outcomes into clear value for sales, marketing, and go-to-market initiatives.

Tell us about your journey to PROS.

My path to PROS is a bit unique. My partner, Jason, actually worked here first. He started his career straight out of college through the LDP program and later moved into finance, running the deal desk. I had always heard about the amazing culture and perks (yes, including office massages), which gave me some serious FOMO. In 2021, I spotted an opening for an Industry Solutions Marketing Manager role and applied immediately. After a few rounds of interviews, I landed the role and was beyond excited to finally join PROS. Funny enough, I missed overlapping with Jason by just one week, so we missed out on the referral bonus, but the rest is history.

I worked as an Industry Marketer for about three years, wearing many different hats in marketing. Back then, my role blended product marketing, industry marketing, field and event marketing, and customer marketing. I was drawn to working directly with our customers, and moving into a customer-focused role was the next step I wanted at PROS. When the marketing team went through a reorganization in 2024, I advocated for the position I wanted, was lucky enough to get it, and haven’t looked back since.

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?

Hands down, the people and culture at PROS are the best part of working here. It is unlike any other work environment I have been a part of, in the best way possible. My favorite part of my role is getting to sit down (both in person and over Teams) with our customers to really understand their journey. I enjoy learning about the business challenges they faced before PROS, what prompted them to look for a vendor, how they selected their solution(s) and the results they are achieving from them.

Connecting with customers on a human level is incredibly important to me. Leading with empathy helps me truly understand their challenges and why PROS was the right choice for them. I also care deeply about telling their story in their own voice and partnering with them throughout the customer story creation process to make sure the message feels authentic and true to their experience.

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.

Currently, I’m working on our 2026 Customer Awards program that will be hosted during Outperform at Conga Connect. The customer awards program is easily one of my favorite parts of my job, because I love celebrating customer wins!

What do you do outside of work to recharge?

Outside of work, you will usually find me traveling around the world, taking my dog Benji on walks or to the park, and always jamming to Taylor Swift. 😊

Fun Fact: I also used to play collegiate volleyball at the University of St. Thomas here in Houston. If you are ever on a call with me, you will see my framed jersey hanging behind me in my home office!

What are you a PRO at? What do your coworkers go to you for?

Something I am a PRO at is creating travel itineraries. I love to travel, and when I book a trip, I go all in on researching the destination, from sightseeing and restaurants to fun excursions and hidden gems.

Something my coworkers come to me for is customer proof, whether that is customer stories, quotes, logo permissions, reference requests, or more. I have you covered, and if I don’t, it usually turns into a new customer story idea for me to work on.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the best pieces of career advice I’ve ever gotten is super simple: “You can live to work, or you can work to live.” I’m definitely a “work hard, play hard” kind of person, I give my all at work, but I’m also not afraid to take full advantage of our trusted time off policy. Work/life balance is a real priority for me, and I take it seriously!
