Tell us about your journey to PROS.

Before joining PROS, I spent five years at an MSP where I provided end-to-end IT support—everything from workstations to networks and servers—for small businesses. While I enjoyed the variety of challenges, I was eager to apply my skills on a larger scale. When my sister mentioned an opening at PROS that aligned perfectly with my experience, I jumped at the opportunity to expand my expertise and grow as an IT professional. My passion for technology began as a hobby when I built my first PC at 18. This hands-on experience sparked my journey into infrastructure support—now, here I am, celebrating three years in my role.

What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?

I appreciate PROS’s strong work-life balance and a culture that celebrates every team member’s contributions. In my role, I thrive on the chance to keep learning—whether that’s mastering a new automation tool or discovering more efficient methods to tackle challenges.

Tell us about a cool project you are working on.

I am currently working on a Windows 11 migration effort in preparation for Microsoft’s October end-of-support deadline for Windows 10. We’ve upgraded most laptops and are now tackling virtual machines (VMs)—which involves rebuilding select VMs from scratch and coordinating compatibility testing across teams to ensure a seamless transition.

What are you a PRO at?

As the primary endpoint manager for our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), I oversee software deployments and configurations across all virtual hosts to deliver a consistent user experience. My colleagues frequently seek me out for advanced VDI troubleshooting and best practices.

While I’m not a professional athlete, my competitive spirit shows up in other ways—I love riding and racing in local cycling circuits and teaming up with fellow PROS riders for the annual MS150, happening this year on April 26–27! At 44, I’m proud to ride alongside—and sometimes even outpace—some of the younger riders on the circuit.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Knowledge is valuable—never stop learning and growing.
