Tell us about your journey to PROS.

My journey to PROS started about 3.5 years ago—completely unexpectedly! I had just been promoted at my previous company and wasn’t actively looking for a new role when Maria (now my manager) reached out to introduce me to PROS. Her passion for the company was contagious, and it piqued my interest enough to explore the opportunity.

After three interviews with different team members, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of everyone I met. The genuine sense of friendliness and collaboration stood out. In the end, what truly set PROS apart was the company culture—it felt like a place where I could grow, feel supported, and make a meaningful impact.

What's your favorite thing about working in your current role?

There are many things I appreciate about working at PROS, but what stands out the most is my team. We're more than just coworkers—we're friends who support one another, and that kind of trust makes even the toughest days easier.

I also love the global aspect of my role. Before joining PROS, my focus was primarily on recruitment in Bulgaria. Now, I have the opportunity to connect with professionals from all over the world, which has become one of the most rewarding and fulfilling parts of my job.

What’s a cool project you are working on right now?

I’m currently recruiting for two new roles in Singapore to support the APAC region—an exciting opportunity to deepen my experience and better understand the local culture, market dynamics and business needs.

Every new role brings curiosity and a new challenge but finding the right candidate who truly fits and embodies the PROS DNA makes it all worthwhile!

What are you a PRO at?

I get excited about reports and data—tracking, analyzing, and uncovering patterns that tell a bigger story. Turning numbers into meaningful insights is incredibly satisfying and one of my favorite parts of the job!

I’ve also grown into a specialist in sales recruitment, an area that was completely new to me when I started. Sales professionals have a unique mindset and skill set, and learning how to identify the right talent has been incredibly rewarding. Now, whenever a sales-related opening comes up, my colleagues often turn to me for support and advice.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

It’s not exactly career advice, but it’s a principle I try to follow both at work and in life: treat others the way you’d like to be treated. It fosters meaningful, long-term relationships, creates a positive environment, and helps prevent unnecessary conflicts.
