Offer Optimization for Digital Commerce and B2B Sales

Personalization is a key component to success in digital commerce and B2B sales. Across all commerce channels, buyers expect to be offered products that are tailored to their interests and needs. Sellers are also looking to present the right offer sets, whether through an online channel or through a sales representative, that will maximize conversion rates and/or increase revenue. In this workshop we will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) models are used to create data-driven personalized offers and how to measure success for these models. We will highlight applications of these AI models, including airline offer optimization and B2B sales opportunity detection.

About the Speaker: Justin Silver, PhD is a Senior Data Scientist at PROS. He specializes in the development and implementation of machine learning systems and processes that enable businesses to achieve pricing and sales excellence. His contributions to PROS solutions have helped customers achieve substantial ROI improvement through a scientific approach to commerce. He has a PhD in statistics from Rice University.
