Bertha helps customers achieve lasting value with PROS solutions by ensuring they meet their goals and continue growing through strategic support and engagement. In her role, she focuses on driving retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities by maximizing product impact and building strong customer relationships.
Let’s get to know Bertha!
Tell us about your journey to PROS.
I came to PROS through the EveryMundo acquisition. I did not start out in business. I actually majored in Product Design, and while I may not use my degree every day, it gives me a unique perspective on how products evolve. That makes it especially fun to contribute to innovation and improvement here at PROS. Being part of the Customer Success team has been incredibly rewarding because I love learning how businesses operate across different regions and cultures. Every customer conversation is a chance to grow both professionally and globally, and I truly enjoy the insights that come from working with such a diverse range of people and industries.
What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?
Without a doubt, the people. One of PROS’ biggest differentiators is its team. Everyone is incredibly supportive, always ready to lend a hand, eager to share knowledge, and open to learning from each other. It creates a collaborative environment where you truly feel like you are growing together. That sense of community and shared purpose is something I value deeply in my day-to-day work.
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
Right now, I’m excited to be working on redefining how PROS uses NPS. We are going beyond using it as just a measure of customer satisfaction. Instead, we are treating it as a meaningful tool to better understand our customers’ experiences and turn their feedback into real action. It is both fun and impactful because it helps us strengthen relationships, identify areas where we are thriving, and uncover opportunities for growth.
What do you do outside of work to recharge?
I love art and find a lot of peace and inspiration in creative spaces. I also enjoy traveling to new places, taking long walks, and exploring different cities on a never-ending quest to find the best cup of coffee. Even in my hometown of Miami, I am still on the hunt for that perfect cup. It keeps things interesting and makes every walk or trip feel like a little adventure.
What are you a PRO at?
I am definitely a PRO at building the perfect travel itinerary. I take joy in finding the best spots to eat, explore, and unwind—making every trip memorable and smooth. Whether it is a weekend getaway or a multi-city journey, I love mapping it all out.
My coworkers come to me for visuals and storytelling. I really enjoy designing presentations that not only look good but also communicate a clear and compelling message. It is important to me that our customers can quickly see the value of what we offer in a way that feels intuitive and impactful. I love helping bring that story to life.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My father had a sign in his office that said, “La solución, no el problema,” which translates to “The solution, not the problem.” That phrase has always stayed with me. It reminds me to focus on possibilities instead of getting stuck in challenges. It is about clarity, accountability, and creative thinking—something I try to carry into everything I do.
