Krishay plays a key role in keeping our Houston headquarters running smoothly. As part of the Office Services team, she helps create a well-organized, welcoming and fully equipped workplace for our teams to do their best work.
Let’s get to know Krishay!
Tell us about your journey to PROS.
I discovered PROS through a job listing on Indeed while exploring new opportunities. Through each round of interviews, I gained a deeper understanding of the team’s energy, the company culture, and the meaningful impact PROS is making. But it was during the onsite interview that everything truly clicked for me. I left feeling energized and genuinely excited about the possibility of joining.
PROS’s values align closely with my own, and I knew this opportunity would open new doors while challenging me in all the right ways. Joining PROS has truly been a blessing. I’ve grown so much, both personally and professionally, and feel incredibly lucky to be part of the PROS family.
What do you enjoy most about working at PROS?
One of my absolute favorite things about PROS is the Employee Resource Groups. They’re the heartbeat of our culture! They create vibrant spaces where we can celebrate different cultures, share stories, and (my personal favorite) enjoy delicious food from all over the world. I love that I can learn something new while trying something I’ve never tasted before—talk about a win-win.
It’s those moments of connection and celebration that make PROS feel like more than just a workplace. In my role, I love that we get a behind-the-scenes pass to all the events. Since our team ensures everything runs smoothly, we’re right there in the action and get to experience a little bit of everything!
Tell us about a cool project you are working on.
I’m currently collaborating with my manager on enhancing customer engagement. We’re exploring creative ways to make the office more inviting and supportive, starting with the introduction of nap rooms for a quick recharge and an office library to inspire fresh ideas and continuous learning.
Additionally, I’m on a personal mission to level up my leadership skills! I recently joined a mentorship program outside of work that’s helping me shift my mindset and build healthier daily habits. I just got back from a leadership conference in Wisconsin and I must say, it was equal parts inspiring and freezing! This journey is all about stepping into the next version of myself, and it’s been transformative.
What are you a PRO at?
At our Kirby Office in Houston, if there are any issues with the beverage machines, whether it’s the Nespresso, Coke, or Bevi, I’m your girl. I’m the go-to for all things drink-related. Coffee emergencies are real, and I’ve got the fixes!
In my personal life, I’m a PRO at reading astrology birth charts! If you give me your birth date, time, and location, I can tell you all about your inner world, emotional patterns, and even what your mom might’ve been going through during pregnancy. Astrology gives me a beautiful lens for understanding people’s core selves, and I love being able to share that insight.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Don’t be so attached to the current version of yourself that you don’t give your future self the opportunity to grow.” That advice has stuck with me because real growth often feels uncomfortable or even scary. But if you lean into the discomfort, trust the process, and stay open, you’ll rise higher than you ever imagined, whether it’s in your career, your relationships, or something you’re building for yourself.
